Awful experience. I could have stayed at best Western on the other end of the strip for better service. Two days in a row out of four days here my room was not cleaned nor were any towels and washcloths left for my husband and I. We had overflowing trash. When I called and spoke to the manager, or whoever she was she was very rude and told me that housekeeping told her that my do not disturb sign was on my door. Which is a blatant lie because I woke up at 8:30 this morning and took the sign off the door as soon as I woke up. Do not waste your money staying here. There are plenty of other places to stay on the strip that are just as nice and with better customer service.

I waited a long line for a coffee 6am, when finally was my turn to order, the lady decided to take a call and started to work on an order for someone on the phone, then another worker came and skipped me seeing that I was right in front of him waiting for them to take my order. Finally the girl came and asked what we needed, then walked away and started to work on something else, then decided to help the guy with the order he was already working and for the one they skipped me in the line.Coffee didn’t even taste like fresh from that morning.

Very fair prices. 24\7, considering the location it was a steal.

My partner and I entered this little spot to find some late night bites and were disappointed to say the least. While the ambiance and the service are comfortable and okay, the food is overwhelmingly disappointing. After tip we paid $84.41, we left a $14.24 tip. We got the chicken sandwich with fries and a drink, and the pepperoni pizza combo. We also got the chocolate chip cookie, and cheesecake. The chicken sandwich was bland and underwhelming. The sandwich fell apart and about halfway through we gave up. The chicken tenders couldn't even be eaten alone because they were so dry. The fries were undercooked and despite being recently given to us they were cold. The pepperoni pizza was fine but not something I'd get again. I'm sure it's the safest thing on the menu if you must eat something here, but we also gave up on eating it halfway through. The combo comes with garlic knots and a drink. We received three garlic knots, and they were bland and also not warm. They were also too doughy. I would've preferred to just get the pizza alone. And the cookie was advertised as warm and gooey on the menu, but we unfortunately received one from the counter that was hard and not warm. It wasn't something we were asked if we wanted warm, and it was disappointing. Our cheesecake was good for the first few bites and we got to the middle and it was frozen. While it was similar to an ice cream texture it's just disappointing because cheesecake shouldn't be frozen. As locals we're used to casino prices and okay with paying them when the food is tasty but this was just something we won't be returning to and will advise friends and family to avoid.

While ordering food, my fiancee fainted in the line up. The staff here helped her out until medical attention arrived. I want to say thanks to all the members of the staff and kitchen that rushed out and provided her with ice and fluids.

The hotel should worry a little more about quality! He came to understand a price like that in a place like this but if you charge me like an expensive place, don't serve this quality of food.

A meal for under $10 at Bellagio? That's Snacks! It's pretty affordable, and a recent stay at Bellagio found us coming here twice. We had pizza slices, which at $8 was a good deal for the Bellagio. The slices were good sized, and I had a pepperoni and a Greek slice. Both were very good. Located next to the sports book, this restaurant has seating. It's also open 24 hours, and we didn't have to wait very long either time we came here. Service was fine for the amount of orders they had. We walked by a few times when we were heading elsewhere, and the lines were longer then. I would recommend eating here either for a "snack" or full meal. The price can't be beat for the location!

It was nice having a 24 hour option to go to. They have seating and Togo options. I wish that they had breakfast items available at all times. The food was pretty standard but still up in price. But in a pinch and right there you can't beat it

Open 24 hours and conveniently located just off the casino floor, Snacks at the Bellagio is a casual place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ordered a Double Cheeseburger and a Mary’s Fried Chicken Sandwich for lunch. Both were prepared to order, served hot and delicious. Neither of the sandwiches came with sides, so be sure to add fries or onion rings when ordering. The restaurant also has a nice variety of pizza by the slice or whole pies. Also on the menu are hotdogs, wings, chicken tenders, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and dessert. Options to dine in or take a meal to go. Ordered a Bellagio hot dog thinking that was the pristine one on the menu. Apparently the "deluxe" hot dog is the better version that matches the picture. I'd think the hot dog with more ingredients would match the name of the place it's being served at but I guess not. Bit misleading. Mentioned it to the Manager and he was respectful and listened, same with the cashier, they're just doing their job but felt like an easy win for them to do something extra to help an mgm reward member for the misleading menu.Signed,A Male Karen

Not only would this man behind the counter not put my MGM points on my card, he allowed these burnt onion rings to go out on, what was initially going to be, a TO GO order.

Good food, 24hr open, friendly service, casual ambiance. When you're hungry middle of night, like 2am, the snacks at Bellagio is perfect place for you. Also good for breakfast and coffee. We tried double cheeseburgers, deluxe hot dog with french fries, beer-battered onion rings, wing zings, classic breakfast sandwiches, sweets and lots coffee. Everything was very good. No complaints. :)
