I love this restaurant and always come here when I’m craving plantains “Maduros” and fried pork. I’ve been here so many times I’ve lost count but it’s always delicious !

So good I'll definitely be back to try some different items. I ordered the skirt steak with chimichurri and it was very good. It's small with an open kitchen concept which I prefer to see the actual cooking of my food.

Staff were friendly and the food was tasty! Went during off peak hours and were seated right away! Ordered the Pernil, Arroz con Gandules, churasco, and Mofongo, as well as a few other appetizers. Being full blood Puerto Rican the food was tasty and very close to home cooked! Everything is made from scratch and there is mucho savor! I recommend the tostones with mayo ketchup instead of the ajo sauce. Would definitely go again. Had a wonderful experience!

They charge for the contours separately, so meat alone $12, white rice $3 or $4 cassava or beans or something else $3.4.5 it depends on what the plate costs almost 20 and it is not a luxury restaurant nor is it super exquisite! It is food!

Horrible service, waited an hour didn't even get all the things we ordered and they made us wait all that time to tell us at the end they didn't have the rice anymore right after they just had served it to everyone in front of us...I have no idea why I even ended up paying I should've walked out my wife didn't even enjoy her food...I appreciate the server he was nice but man we are not returning, waiting 1 hour to pay to get screwed. Missing appetizers and at the end they were all arguing in the kitchen, felt stressed for bringing my kid and wife here. Never ever again.

Location was clean. Decent prices and portions. Service was quick and friendly. I came here because I wanted a taste of home and didn't feel like cooking it myself. Unfortunately, the food was just not that good to me. The trifongo was bland and had a stale quality to it. I had to doctor it up with some butter, salt and garlic. The surullitos were dry and the cheese wasn't noticeable at all. Was just a dry cornbread stick. I don't like mayoketchup and was a lil disappointed there wasn't a garlic or cilantro sauce option. Again, had to whip something up on my own to make the meal more palatable. If you're craving Rican food in Vegas, just hit me up and I'll whip up something for you myself, cuz I can't recommend this place in good conscience.

Food was ok. But I have had better. It took a while to be seated and the entrance and exit are the same door which makes it a little difficult when your leaving and others are coming in as they have to stand there to be seated.
Omg the food here. Wife loves to he island, so we tried it to reconnect her to the flavors that she loved there.Complete success! The trifongo was superb! The rest of the food was amazing! LOVED the tembleque was to die for. Found our new favorite restaurant in Vegas.

Sofrito Rico, today was my 1st visit, while vacationing in LV. I am Nuyorican so I xompare every PR restaurant to PR restaurants in the Bronx. The food was pretty good, I give it an overall 8 out of 10, The Tostones were nice and crispy, the Bacalaoitos were big and seasoned great, just a touch of too much oil tho imo, the Arroz Con Gandules were pretty good but could be a little heavier on the seasonings, I didn't taste the sofrito, and normally, a great Arroz Con Gandules would have sofrito bustin through it. The Empanadillas was just aight, we had thr Pollo, it didn't taste like it was seasoned, I'd give that Empanadilla a 4 out of 10. The Service was Superb! Beatrice was very nice, informative and overall just very sweet. The atmosphere is aight, it's a lil bland with the color and lighting, I feel like the atmosphere can use some work, I give the atmosphere a 4 as well. Over-all it's PR Food, but it's basically just on the level imo. I am definitely going to visit again, just based off Beatrice's service.
