Love springs preserve and the cafe! Delicious food to fuel up for a nice walk around the preserve. They also sell wine, have plenty of coffee options, tons of sodas, energy drinks, probiotic sodas, sparkling water, anything your heart can really imagine lol. Plus their food is phenomenal and the staff is always kind.
The vegan bacon and egg sandwich was delicious ... my kids ate most of my food.The staff were friendly and patient when my toddler spilled her water on the floor.We were outdoors, and I love love love that you can be out in the sun.Coming back next week, and making sure my kids get their own vegan bacon and egg sandwiches.

This place may serve meat/dairy, but the vegan options are VERY forward in a way that you don't usually see with mixed places. There are 3-4 different sandwiches clearly marked vegan you can choose from, multiple vegan brunch menu options (I just had the most delicious vegan chilaquiles), and its table service, cooked fresh to order.
