After a great superbowl experience at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill we wanted to enjoy some drinks and stopped by this place. As soon as we sat down we were rudely greeted by a waitress. The waitress insisted that we couldn't sit there if drinks weren't being ordered when our husbands were already at the bar ordering drinks. Then a 2nd waitress came by and was almost mad that we were ordering water, I said give me a bottle of water if that matters but by the time our husbands returned my friend was over their attitudes. Will never recommend this place, if you're looking for a good time this is not it! RUDE RUDE RUDE and overpriced beer! ZERO stars if it was an option.

The staff was so friendly today and the drinks were good and as ordered. Great place to watch the game- comfy seats! There was a drink minimum but worth

We were waiting for a friend to arrive before we ordered and the waitress had not come by. The first time she came by and we said we were waiting for our friend, she said, “well if you are going to stay, you need to order something.” Our friend had just gone to the bathroom.Very rude. Very entitled. Very much not a great experience. We left. I’ve never been treated like that and hope nobody else gets treated like that. As a guest in the hotel, I would hope to be treated better.Do better.

This page is for the Savina Bar - not sure why this confusion occurred! Hope Yelp corrects this sooner rather than later.

The waiting staff is extremely rude, spent $300 there with my friends last night, no problem. Went back today to get a glass of water for my girlfriend (who was sick and had to have her medicine - urgently), the bartender went to get me a glass of water sensing the urgency and the snotty server (not involved in the initial conversation) standing right next to me starts to bother me by asking for an ID; saying I need an ID to get a glass of water? I guess if you’re in urgent need for some water (or good service) don't bother going there :) rest is up to you to decide.Hope the management see’s this and teach the staff what customer service is and when to use their common sense. I wont be bringing my business back in the future. Definitely not up to the Caesars’ standards.

Coffee kit charged unbeknownst to us at an exorbitant rate! Most coffee ☕️ in hotels are free! Bed was super comfortable and my wife had very limited snoring compared to our household bed. Resort fees are high and should be non-existent. Nothing special here at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Slots were o.k. but at higher limits $50/ bets were super unfair on both the Top Dollar ? and Pinball! Food and drink were also way overpriced. Gordon Ramsay's restaurants do not list priced online for his meals which sucks! Didn't eat in any of them. Room service was subpar. Found black hair in shower upon entry but didn't bother to say anything about it. Room service came by just one time during the entire stay and didn't replace coffee cups so I had to use glass glasses to modify the coffee pour on the Kuerig.

Feels like this hotel has been left behind, and it's not just the decor. The rooms are very tired and beat up. Casino floor is still nice and the food was pretty good. Staff very solid. All in all, very middle of the road.

very poor and unprofessional check in process. It took me 3 hours to do the check in, and had my bags delivered to my room. Phone line was dead half of the time, very few staff people were kind and welcoming and uber spot is really far away from everything. Room was okay, the shower was really small and not enjoyable. Never staying again for that amount of money.

Located bang on the strip and access can be gained from the overhead walkway, as well as the Main Street. But don’t forget your sunscreen & if possible, a Sun hat - it gets hot & the sun can be brutal. A mini town in itself, this hotel is completely self-sufficient with amazing shops (it’s like a mall) selling every premium brand imaginable as well as souvenir and gift shops. There are heaps of places to take really nice photographs- more famous among them being the fountain of the gods and the aquarium. There are also cafés where you can grab a meal or a snack without Stepping on to the hot street outside.

Beware of cost! Do not touch anything in the mini bar or they will add it to your bill. The water is $13/bottle and your have to buy coffee pods at $25/4 pods. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment and restaurants were excellent but very costly as well. Breakfast was $100 for 2 at the diner and the buffet is $150 for 2. The staff is friendly and helpful. If money is not a concern then this is a good choice.

Bring your own Kuerig cups if you want to use their coffee machine. Or pay for some at the mini bar. They charge for everything and have marginal customer service. Not staying there ever again. The pool was fun but drinks were crazy expensive.

Stopped at "The Lobby" Bar at Caesar's Palace and asked permission to smoke a cigar (I've smoked there many times). We were not only given permission, but encouraged. So, I picked a spot in the back away from folks. We sat for over an hour and our server closed our tab because she was leaving. Her replacement came in and stared me down, waited about 10 minutes, then asked us to move because "no one could breathe." I told her we had asked permission well over an hour ago. Her response, "you didn't ask me." So, we left... I tapped off the ash from my Plasencia Alma Fuerte, and walked away. I've made my last trip to Caesar's. I smoke at the Aria all the time, without issue. Hopefully your next trip will bring better luck. Happy smoking.

• My flight was delayed and I arrived at Caesars palace after 3am. When I reached the front desk I overheard another staff saying to a customer that after 3am their reservation was canceled. This infuriated me, because I paid for the first night 2 months ago. My representative Tangela greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink. She then made a phone call, and was doing a lot of typing. I then asked her was everything ok. She nodded her head and said she was upgrading me to a suite. That was such a nice surprise because I was expecting the worse. She was just what I needed after a long day. Thank you Tangela..
