I've been to this Starbucks w/ my boyfriend a few times now. One of the most important things I've noticed is the AMAZING customer service by Amanda with that fantastic smile and positive energy. She makes a fabulous Pumpkin Spice Latte. She's sweet, kind, and very friendly. You won't regret visiting this Starbucks. Highly recommend it!!!
A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.

everything is fine, but could you please update the prices? I buy white eggs all the time but just today I noticed the difference in price. On the display it's 4.95 and on the receipt it's 5.25. My question is why? The cashier replied that the price was simply not updated. Thank you
