Paige was an exceptional vibe, as well as very accommodating, & polite. Kindness & sincerity are hot commodities these days. I am grateful to have come across not 1, but both those traits when I grabbed my banana bread @ Starbucks & was greeted & assisted by Paige. ????

So I hate to give such a low score but I went there last week (March 2024) to pick up an order for a customer. I went through drive-through, as I ride an electric scooter/bike with a large carrier box for food, drinks, etc. It's obvious I deliver things as a job.I gave my order, moved fwd in the line, and when I arrived at the window the manger Nicole refused to accept my payment, told me to leave the drive-through and I had to come inside the store if I wanted to order.I WAS IN SHOCK!I have NEVER been refused service because I'm on an electric moped/bike/scooter.I asked the employee inside if they refused service to motorcycles and mopeds or was it just me?I had to wait inside the store for my order, while they made the drink. They didn't even make the drink for me while I was in the drive-through!! It should have been made already. This tells me she had no intentions of helping me, or making my order while I was outside waiting.And to top it all off, my customer said the drink they made her was AWFUL, it wasn't hot, and they didn't make the drink right, and I was EXTREMELY late delivering my customer's drink.So I looked like an A1, TOP DOG, A#%HOLE!!So if you ride an electric bike, scooter, or any type of 2 wheeled transportation, avoid this store and avoid the manager Nicole, and/or avoid the drive-through.Sorry for the novel, but I felt compelled to warn others before she does this to more people.

It's best to go thru the drive thru and get your drinks faster than walking inside. It took 23 mins for drinks to get processed by inside. But if you're in the drive-thru, then you will get it in a quarter of the time.I feel bad this store doesn't scheduale accordingly based on traffic, there was not enough ppl for both the drive thru and assisting with food and then register for the inside walk ins.

Horrible service today I ordered on Uber eats but they had no fault in this it was all Starbucks. I ordered a breakfast and venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk ShakenEspresso coffee and I should’ve just ordered a grande instead with the amount of coffee they put. They also didn’t put my Sriracha like I asked for. To make things worse the coffee is horrible. So sad to see Starbucks going down hill.

I was there earlier today to get what I thought was a simple order and it’s something I always get and usually don’t have any issues. The person taking my order at the drive thru speaker was laughing and misinterpreting what I was asking for. Clearly there was something funny going on in the back and I didn’t mind it at first, but once it started to interfere with my order…that was upsetting. I’m all for employees having “fun” at work but only as long as it’s not disrespectful and it doesn’t get in the way of their work. It did. The lady got three things wrong, THREE…on a simple coffee order. Basically almost everything there was to it, she got it wrong, regardless of me explaining it clearly and even repeating it for her after she asked - she still got it all wrong. Very disappointing because I always come to this location and my experience is usually a pleasant one. I told them the order was wrong and their first attempt at fixing it was still wrong. I eventually just gave up…didn’t want to be mean to anyone and wasn’t even going to write this review but I just feel like what happened today wasn’t right, and who knows how many other orders got messed up. I decided to write a respectful review instead. Probably won’t be going back to this location.
