Late breakfast with a Double Bacon Egg Sandwich & Cheese Egg Sandwich - we really liked both, lots of filling & tasted great. Service was slow here, there are lots of staff but they tend to prioritise chatting & joking around with each other over getting the orders filled. Pumpkin Latte was disappointing as it was very weak coffee but the pumpkin flavour was good. Caramel Latte was outstanding.

Be prepared for long lines in the morning. They display a sign advertising mobile pick up however I have never seen this actually be available for use?? Their system is also often down so you can't use your Starbucks cars.

Not surprised to see this location only has 2 stars... This location is pretty on the outside but UGLY on the inside thanks to the employees. Came here after a long day of working. Was excited to try the new pumpkin chai latte for the season. Unfortunately, I forgot my employee badge and kindly asked the manager "Daisy" if she could help me and if I was able to give her my employee number so she could look me up in the system... Nope, she wasn't willing to do anything. Greedy and happy to charge me the tourist price. She was rude and dismissive and did not want to help me at all. I have forgotten my badge at MGM properties in the past, yet they are usually kind and able to help me. This location is very greedy and did not want to help a fellow team member out! They would rather charge me the tourist price. Luckily I went to another location and they were very understanding. Whatever happened to "WOWING THE GUEST" ? Guess NYNY doesn't have the same standard as other the MGM Properties. HORRIBLE DEMEANING EXPERIENCE. Will NOT be returning here. Thank god there's about 10 other Starbucks within walking distance.

7 dollars for a small iced latte and the cashier didn't seem thrilled to take my order.
To clarify, this review is for the Starbucks right across from the NY-NY front desk.Waited about 12 minutes in line to place an order on Sunday morning (of July 4th weekend though) around 10:40 AM. 25 minutes passed by the time the drinks were ready.However, wanted to point out that the people taking the orders were friendly and professional. The folks making the drinks worked efficiently and nonstop. Was able to charge the purchase to my room at NY-NY, which was great. Could not scan for Starbucks stars though, which is fine.Drinks seem to be consistent with other Starbucks with regarding to quality.Will return in the future!

This place is a real joke ) i’ve been to all 50 states in the usa and this is the first sturbucks that told me if I’ll order Mango dragonfruit lemonade and ice on site, I’ll get only a half of lemonade ?if I want more I need to pay extra ?I mean to pay extra it’s not a big deal but ! it’s not supposed to be like like that , guys)

Worst Starbucks location ever. Arrogant and irresponsible. They forgot my order and made me wait 30 mins. I told them 3 times, I believe my order got missed because people who came way after me kept leaving. But without even checking they kept saying there’s a line. Finally, after 30 mins they realized my order was missed. And gave me the worst latte ever in any Starbucks.
