One staff cannot understand the regular proceas of my ordering and finally provide wrong items.When I told them that they provided wrong items, they inisted that was what I asked.Comparing to other Starbucks whose staff willing to discuss the situation and solutions, the staff in the store is really lack of trainning.By the way, I gave them 20% Tips....What a bad decision!!!

This is the Starbucks inside the Miracle Mile Shops and the Hilton Vacation Club. Quicker service if you place a mobile order. Order was good. No issues. Got an iced chai latte and it was great.

August 2023Starbucks next to Elara.Neither good nor bad. It's a Starbucks you can find anywhere, and although it doesn't feel special, it's nice to be able to order something that's always available.

While I think some of the bad reviews for this store are over the top, my experience after 3 visits confirms that they need some serious management attention. Staff, while friendly, appears distant and unconcerned about the customers. Both my drinks yesterday were incorrect after waiting far too long for the two of us in line. Observed 2 crew members casually chatting while the line continued to grow. Can't really blame the staff. Management needs some attention

As with just about any other Starbucks that is located within a hotel in Vegas, don't expect fast service here. That's not because of the employees but just because a wave of guests will innevitably be flooding this location when they wake up for their morning fix. And because it's Vegas, people are waking up at all sorts of hours in the day so the morning rush can go all the way through the afternoon. At least the employees are nice & never seem overwhelmed by the crowds. Even when customers are disrespectful to them for slow turn around (which I don't think is slow. They just have a ton of orders to go through as often people are buying 3+ drinks at once) they smile to everyone and are very helpful.So if you are insistent on Starbucks and don't mind potentially waiting a bit more than normal, you can't go wrong here. But with the frequency of where you can find Starbucks on The Strip, if you don't want to wait & are willing to walk a bit, there are plenty of other locations that could probably get you your drink quicker.

I ordered through the mobile app and left my room. I only waited a few minutes when I arrived for my order (they were busy). I asked for a few venti waters and the barista did not hesitate to fulfill my requests. Drinks and food met my normal Starbucks standards.
