The coffee lid was not placed well so it spilled in my car and pants and the breakfast sandwich was made so bad!

This location is horrible. Very understaffed, drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building and they often have a sign taped to the door that the inside is closed due to short staff. The staff is also very rude which im assuming is because they're over worked considering they're so short staffed. Monica is not so nice!

on mobile orders, if you've ordered food you have to tell them because they'll only bring you your drinks.

Great small Starbucks in Chinatown. Friendly employees & clean store. Nor many places to sit, but there were several people waiting for their orders & it wasn't cramped in there.

I ordered my drink with a specific "no whipped cream" request. I went to the window, paid, and tipped. However, my drink arrived with whipped cream. I asked for an extra cup to transfer the whipped cream into, but as I was leaving, the guy uttered, "Make sure you say your order right next time," in an extremely rude and condescending manner. This experience deserves only one star.

I've been to many Starbucks coffee shops and this one is by far the worst. 1. The store has reduced its indoor area and feels very depressing. 2. Three small baby tables with 4 chairs. 3. After your drink is finished, the waiters are like d**** they won't call your name but they will chat with each other. 4. There are no customers in the room, I don't know what they are busy with. The responsibility for the negligence of employees towards customers lies with the training of store managers. P. S. I just came back from Seattle last week. Maybe the waiters in this store should also go to your headquarters to see how other Starbucks coffee stores serve.

Store hours say should be open at 4:30am. And it’s now a little before 6am. Their doors are locked. Employees inside just stare at me as I’m knocking and trying to get it.Watch the video. This is unacceptable!!Extremely unhappy!Because now I can’t get my coffee before getting on the bus to go to work. Because I’ll miss the bus now if I even tried to.Ridiculous. ?-Sean

Awful parking - hard to get to.....Would not stop here again. Drink was ok and staff was meh. Think they probably have big issues with homeless hanging out there......

Employees are rude Customers are waiting, they are chatting with each other personally, and it takes more than 10 minutes to order a cup of coffee. That's the reason for the 1 star review.
