It's not the best or the worst Starbucks but it's close enough. They do not have plugs here because of the homeless. Yet, they're very dog friendly., they have a pup cups wall. Only come here if ur laptop is fully charged.

Half the time I come here, the coffee makes me sick. I'm not lactose intolerant, diabetic, etc. This is the only location where I feel sick to my stomach after taking a drink. Tastes fine, but this is the third and final time I get a drink from this location.

Been here quite a few times and I just know the management is bad (common starbucks management) and it's always dirty and the employees don't get paid enough and the drink quality is bad and starbucks sucks.

The Maryland location near UNLV will always get 5 stars from me. The morning crew is phenomenal. I don't go daily but they seem to recall my drink order when I do go in. That's beyond impressive considering how many customers they encounter shift after shift. They operate efficiently, super pleasant and gracious. It's like they understand that we're all looking for the best way to get our day going. We chose this location and they don't take that for granted. Recommended drink not listed below. Grande Hot Cafe Mocha with two pumps Chai. Pairs well with banana nut loaf. Thank me later.

My mobile order didn't print out stickers, so the baristas never got my order. It wasn't ready when I got there. Then they made it wrong. The second attempt didn't taste much better and was basically a cup of ice. Staff were nice, but there were only two folks behind the counter. They have good hours, though.Dietary restrictions: Usual Starbucks alternative ingredients available.Parking: The parking lot is really hard to leave if you want to go south on Maryland. There's no easy way to get back out to Tropical either.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables with chairs.
I used to be a partner and having this level of service is always nice to see. The drive through associate was wearing this awesome vest my girlfriend complimented and seeing this little sticker was a nice touch.Whoever decided to add this little extra to add to our Starbucks experience deserves whatever you guys can give her because that meant the world to my girlfriend and I.

The baristas had a major attitude and they don't have any power outlets to charge up... they claimed their electricity was down which is impossible because they were all wearing headsets and their coffee/breakfasting heating appliances were plugged in and working... so dumb. At least my drink was cold and refreshing. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!!
