Glad I don't live near this Starbucks, barista was too busy listening to the drive thru guy as he read off a text from his phone. Don't even bother doing a mobile order as they weren't paying attention to see they had orders.....WILD

Never really had a problem with the location. They're not friendly, unless you tip but even then idc. But I Just left the drive through where they messed up on my order bc they want to rush me off the drive through speaker so they accidentally gave me a hot chestnut praline instead of a frappe like I asked, I waived the girl down before she could close her window and they looked like I did something wrong smfh but I just took a sip of my frappe and it's nothing but ice. No taste at all. Disappointed as hell. I had a good day until now so of course I'm going to share my experience, guess you can't expect much from workers who deal with crackheads in their lot. The ambience is definitely a lock your doors and hold onto your purse vibes. Throw the whole location away or get new staff who actually care about their job

Usually go thru the drive through and this is a top notch Starbucks. Drinks always good and service is friendly and fast. My go to is the ice pumpkin cream foam chi with a shot of blonde espresso.Blonde espresso in drinks could change your drink game. Check it out.

Truly disheartened by how I was treated this morning. There was a young lady with pink hair that handed me my preordered drinks in the drive thru. And then scolded me for showing up too soon for my order. I let her know I placed the order well over 15 minutes prior. My office is pretty close so when I got there and saw the drive thru empty, I even backed in to a parking space and waited. I'm sure the manager can review that. She proceeded to tell me I was lying and that they just got the order. And that next time I needed to wait. Now Id maybe have Grace if there was a line I was holding up or even tons of people inside but it was just me. I was kind. When she said it'd be a moment, I was patient and smiled. I don't think anyone wants to drink something after finding out the person who made it had an attitude with them. And even if I had placed the order just then..... what would've been the difference from just placing it at the intercom? Anywho, I'm ranting because it hurt. As silly as that may sound, I've had a rough and scary and heavy week. I left work as an excuse to breathe for a moment just to be met with such unkindness. You never know what a smile can do for someone, don't take it for granted. I'm sure they deal with a lot of not nice people, but I was not one of them.

This used to be my favorite location because the drinks were consistent. Over the last 2 weeks or so I’ve been really disappointed. I pay almost $7 for a venti hot coffee only for it to be the amount of a grande. Normally I wouldn’t complain so much but the fact that inflation is never ending and this is now the third time??? Yeah, I’m irritated and will no longer be going to this location. For reference I put one of the “venti” drinks in a 17oz tumblr and it didn’t even fill that. I also included the tops of the drinks so you can see I haven’t taken a sip or there would be lipstick. I ordered a venti psl with no whip or foam and a venti chestnut and praline latte also with no whip or foam today at about 1:30pm for the 1/2 off yay day. I’m feeling more like nay and totally ripped off, again.

I have been coming here for a bit now . I always buy a drink. I come to do work . Over the period I have been coming the have hired some new people. The new people are not the best. There are 2-3 that are always in a bad mood. They got rid of the outlets. But after realizing that letting all the homeless come would not be good for business . Yeah maybe not the best to allow homeless to stay there all day in the first place . They close shop randomly like today without prior notice . Just kicked everyone out and the lady told us they were closing so we had to leave and acted as if we needed to get up immediately as she said it lol. Now don’t get me wrong some the baristas have always been great but some of these new ones think they own the place and own peoples time . There are several Starbucks in the valley. Just bad management overall for this location.
