This is a very well kept, well run Starbucks. The staff was super friendly. The store itself was larger than most and was very clean. I'll go out of my way to use this location.Parking: In a shopping center directly off Hwy 95 at Craig Rd with plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and SB is all one story. ?

Just went through the drive through and even though I got thrown off by ordering it. I don’t normally grab it myself (totally spoiled I know xD). Anyways yeah besides me getting everyone confused, everyone was so friendly. I also want to commend them on making an absolutely amazing drink. I normally ask for a mocha frappe with two shots of espresso and cinnamon powder mixed in. When I say drown my drink in cinnamon pour the whole jar in lol. I don’t normally ask to do that because I found out I don’t like the normal amount everyone else does lol. So they made it the way I like it and it was beyond amazing!

Horrible don't go to this location! I got a ice drink this morning and there was a long strand of hair at the top of my cup! I took it back in the store and the manager on duty I believe his name is Daniel with a long beard refused to help he was " too busy giving water at the drive thru". Then a different associate assisted. Asked if I wanted a new drink, I was so upset I just wanted my money back, he gave it on a gift card. So I had to go to work with no coffee! Horrible location, Horrible leadership!

I bought two drinks this morning ( around 9:06 am) one hot coffee and a matcha latte with soy milk. My girlfriend spitted out a sharp piece of metal that was inside her matcha drink. This could be very dangerous.

This location meets and exceeds the level of excellence that one has come to expect from a Starbucks. The tables, floors, and bathroom were clean. The staff was excellent.One of the registers was down, only leaving one open. The staff was able to overcome the issue and got food and drinks served quickly, almost as if there wasn't an issue. Honestly, if it wasn't for staff members apologizing for the "delay" I wouldn't have noticed there was a downed register.Overall it was a great experience.
The customer service was amazing. The friendliness was warm and inviting. I will visit this location again.

Everytime I order a shaken espresso or anything of that sort I end up with only milk it seems...you can even tell because it's pure white with some brown sugar and for the price that's insane. They always remake it and are very nice about it but when they do then you can see and taste the espresso so I am not sure why it's like that but even they notice it snd are not sure why this keeps happening. It's a bummer but I moved locations and it's been great.

I love to sit down and work at Starbucks, but I'm not sure I will visit this one again. I was very disappointed in its cleanliness. The bathroom had toilet paper on the floor, the floor of the lobby was unmopped, the trash cans were overflowing, and the bar was a mess. I mentioned the problem with all the splashes on the bar to one of the baristas and she said that it was splashes from the syrups. No kidding, Sherlock! When I returned to the inside of the store, about 45 minutes later, it was still splashed. I sat outside and the tables were dusty. I can understand this because it is in Vegas, but one of the tables had a dirty cup on it from before I arrived to after I left. Also, the bathroom doors didn't lock.
