I had plans to go into my work while out on FMLA & offered to pick up some coffee for my night shifters. I know that this location is open 24hrs. I parked when I arrived a little after 8pm & saw the sign once I got to the door that the inside closed @ 8pm. So I headed for the drive thru. I told the girl on the other end of the intercom that I had a drink order of 4 drinks before I placed it & had asked if they could put names on the drinks & was told "yes."It was quick & easy to place my order. I got up to the drive up window & used my Starbucks app to pay for my order. I chit chatted with the nice girl @ the window. She was super sweet & kind. She asked me if I wanted a drink carrier & that was a definite yes! She also offered to put those plastic things in the opening of the coffee cups so they wouldn't spill. The drive thru wasn't busy & I had an enjoyable visit. I definitely will be back! Thank you!

Hello 24 hour Starbucks!! Genius. And 3.45 am on a Saturday/Sunday morning and the lady taking the order was maybe the happiest Barista I have ever had and will ever have. I was chauffering to transplant surgeon s who were saving lives...and this Starbucks saved the doctors..peace on earth and goodwill towards mankind.

Been having to go to Starbucks a lot due to no kitchen, currently. I tried avoiding it because of the price, but the coffee is really good. Not bitter. I drink it black so it's easier to tell the real taste. Clean machines and good coffee! Good service!

Wish I could add more stars because this place is stupendous!!! What an amazing environment and the staff is the greatest. The staff are so hard working, so attentive and extremely kind. Everyone seems to approach with such great spirits and professionalism. The crowd that gather inside are very respectful, peaceful and friendly. The layout is very spacious and well kept at all times. They always are stocked, and super clean. The music is lovey and at a great volume. Such an incredible place and I am grateful to everyone here that makes it so great. My wife and I love it here and always look forward to the smiles and positive energy that creates such a perfect atmosphere. Thank you all!Parking: Great outside as it is inside.

Cynthia was in charge of mobile orders on Wednesday morning at 10am & my drink was absolutely PERFECT! ?As she was making my drink she noticed I was the only one standing there waiting and she asked if I was Vanessa, I said yes, then she apologized for my wait as she explained that she is a bit of a perfectionist and wanted to get my cold foam the perfect consistency.I responded that I Love that as I just spent a week in Oklahoma & the.Starbucks there didn't make my drink correct once but I didn't say anything and drank it anyway lol.She has a great attitude & is very friendly which is so refreshing to see!

Had my first horrible experience at Starbucks and it was also my first time at this location. After ignoring me 3 times while asking if the bag is my order, Stephanie got irritated and hurled my order over the counter after a coworker yelled at her to open the bag and look at my name. Her coworker Alexis joined her in telling me to leave the store and I quote “get the hell out”..I don’t know if this is part of the anti masculine movement or WHAT bothered Stephanie, but she was really upset with me simply asking “hey is this for Andrei?”Anyway.. I very rarely leave reviews especially bad ones but they need some serious customer service training there.This happened on Dec 31st and after speaking to a customer service rep who assured me that the store manager and/ or district manager will give me a call, I felt a little better since all I wanted was to report this childish, hating and disrespectful behavior from Stephanie and Alexis..Well, it’s now been a week and I have not hear from anyone from that store.Stephanie, Alexis, word of advice, be nice and DO YOUR JOB RESPECTFULLY no matter if it is at Starbucks, at Dunkin, being a cop, a teacher or a radio host. Remember, HOW YOU DO ONE THING, IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING! Your negativity and behavior will transfer and affect your lives!With this being said, I love Starbucks in general and I KNOW that these two employees behavior don’t give Starbucks justice but hopefully this will help set them on a straight road! Good luck!

Worst service by far! I've been using the order ahead app since 2015 (I've had the customer service rep look it up), and I have NEVER been talked to like this by a Starbucks employee. Barista Stephanie ignored me 3 times while I kept asking if the food in the bag is mine. I kept asking is this for me? And the 4th time a colleague yelled at her "hey look at the name" at which point she did and realized it was mine and in an upset tantrum she hurled the bag my way without saying anything. Amazed, as you may imagine I said "wow, you must get a lot of thank you's and a lot of tips with that attitude?" . Her response and her colleagues Alexis was to tell me to leave the store yelling "you can leave now" "leave the store". Finally when I asked to speak to a manager she responded that they're here around her and told me to leave again. I left and called the customer service number. They opened a ticket and said that the store manager or district manager will call me.. WE WILL SEE... I doubt they care.. Your coffee and food is good Starbucks but you amassed your client base mainly BECAUSE OF THE GREAT PERSONALIZED SERVICE.. well, Stephanie and Alexis at this store are THE OPOSITE OF THAT!
