This Starbucks is tremendous. This location has plenty of parking for the amount of traffic that this small location can handle by itself with its baristas. No I'm not going to use any names cuz this is Publix so I'm going to just describe one of my favorite employees there and he is a shorter than myself gentleman with glasses very polite and definitely mirrors your image in a positive affirmation. Sometimes customer service is not customer service it's just an excuse to keep your money now this location does not treat you that way I'm sure they might if they're having a rough day or something personal is going on but who doesn't so I would just definitely from my experience say give them some consideration and some slack and hopefully you read this review this is a inclusive hiring location and they have restrooms preferably for the paying customers they do not say that or post that whatsoever it's just you can tell that they want to keep business flowing. Got to admit can't blame them for that. But I live in this neighborhood and I got to say they make our neighborhood tolerable with all the traffic. One day I'll do one of my podcast episodes over there give plenty of notice and I'll update this review just so you all can put a face to the nameParking: Plenty enough for that locationKid-friendliness: Absolutely bring your kids to Starbucks. I just brought my own thermos, I wanted to reduce my waste and the employee poured the coffee first into a paper cup and then into my thermos. So why did I bring my own container? The behavior of the staff was not pleasant.

Stop by the drive- thru, with ease. Very easy to get in and out of this particular Starbucks location. Drive-thru lane was wide and menu you can read it clearly and you can hear the staff member when they are talking to you through the speaker. Very friendly staff. It was fast service too. Thank you.

The sign on the door says from 4:30 a.m. to I believe 10:00 p.m. I was there at 4:15 a.m. to get some coffee for 30 came around still the door was locked 5:00 came around still the door was locked so I called them in the lady says no we don't open the the main 6:00 a.m. when obviously it says 4:30 a.m. then she says the drive-through opens at 4:30 a.m. not the lobby but it says nowhere about that. So I brought up the one on galleria has the same hours as and they open their lobby at 4:30 am and the drive-thru she made up a quick excuse

The food and service was good but the drive thru line took 20 minutes making me late for work. I ordered a vented vente hot mocha and it was very weak and watered down. Was not a good experience.

I have my usual Strawberry Acai and it was soo delicious and fast to order. The atmosphere was lively and staff were friendly and helpful. I love Starbucks in general and I encourage you to stop by if your feeling the need for lively drink.

This location is above par. I don't normally go to Starbucks but recently i have been giving a co worker a ride to work, who goes there daily. The staff know her by voice in the drive thru and they are fast.
