My drink was delicious but I said to use my reward for my birthday and when I checked my gold card when I got home the $8 for my drink was taken off my card and my reward wasn't used.
I went in an Albertsons to get my morning started with a simple Tall, Black with no room the cashier informed at 9:00am they only have Pike. She just shurged her shoulders & ask wi that do. I stated back to her with a NO answer, however I'm in line & I guess so, not happy at all. Then she aak well there be anything more which I said I would have a cinnmanonon cake, which she reply that is out of that item too. She rung up my order I handed her my SB card! I ordered a small cup of coffee. It wasn't even luke warm, I could put my hand in it, I had them remake it. They steamed the cream which is likely something they should have done initially because if you order drive through and drive away, it's a problem to have to come back and wait in line. The server acted like it was a problem for her to have to re-make it. I will not be going back.
