I went in and ordered my normal cafe vanilla frapp. Today for some reason the Russian lady in here says she doesn't know what that is. She seemed to be the manager. I sure hope not. She may have been having a bad day hanging up the phone on someone right in front of me and not even trying to figure out what's cafe vanilla frap is. She ended up making me a vanilla frap. Wtf. So I went over to younger guy and asked if it had coffee in it because that's what a cafe vanilla is and he said "you mean a cafe vanilla frap"? I then found it on the Starbucks website and showed her the picture and name of it and she shrugs and says "so"? This woman should not have a job treating people like that.

Walked in - server Bella doesn't seem happy had to repeat my order coz she said "I can't hear you coz i have a headset on" well i can see that that is why i leaned in and said it again. She rolled hee eyes but never made eye contact she didn't even ask me my name but when i go to drive through they ask my name. I guess I won't walk in anymore and go to drive through so it wont be so inconvenient for her to walk in and order

The workers are rude and unprofessional, when i went they completely ignored me and this one lady was just straight up rude and looked at me with attitude the whole time.

Stopped here to purchase some red pepper egg bites. Was waited on immediately when I entered. Order took less than 5 min to receive after ordering it.Egg bites were heated to perfect temperature and tasted delicious. Will definitely return in the future for other food or drinks items.Parking: Limited spots for pkg in front of the store. Drive thru took up most of the area around this particular store.

The chai tea latte and lemon loaf are delicious. It hits the spot on a 50 degree day in Las Vegas. At least the sun is out. The cashier greeted me right away. By the time I returned from the bathroom (yes, you need a code), my items were waiting for me.

This Starbucks is the worst location I have ever been to, every time I have gotten the same drink, it is always made completely different but it always comes with a side of ATTITUDE from the drive thru employee. Complete waste of my money when I come here, my drink goes in the trash, I would rather drive to a location completely out of my way than to come here. At some point I hope they hire drive thru employees that at least pretend they want to work here.

Worst costumer service been living over here for almost a year now have to drive further because the other Starbucks actually are kind and don't give an attitude when I ask for extra foam even though I'm paying there's definitely a couple great people that work there but the rest just basically throw your drink at you! I'll continue to drive the extra 15 to go to a more pleasant Starbucks

Come early. They run out of alot of things quickly. N it's super irritating when your ordering drink after drunk and told they are out. Staff is super nice and friendly though.

This location is just ok! They make my drink right sometimes, and other times it's completely off. The customer service here sucks. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in and wasn't greeted. The staff stands around and complains about making coffee and the customers. The irony. The only reason I stop in still is because it's the closest location to my job but when I don't feel like dealing with attitudes, I stop off by the one on blue Diamond and Buffalo.

I visit this Starbucks often, and the baristas here are always efficient and friendly and make wonderful drinks! It's one of my favorite locations.

I agree with a lot of people here. This Starbucks is the worst. Customer service is down the toilet with some of workers- this includes the manager that doesn't give a damn. They make seem like you're bothering them and they look like they absolutely hate their job. Come on!

Really excellent service. The food is okay. Nice place to sit, have conversations, and / or work on your computer. Plus you can have mini meetings too.

I was charged double when ordering through the mobile app at this location. I called the 800 number and they said it will take 4 to 5 business days to reverse and that this is to be expected. I asked him if this causes someone an overdraft fee does Starbucks take care of that? He said they do not. Use caution if you use the app. Be prepared to be charged double.
