It just seemed that our server didnt care for our table. He made snarky comments about our ordering. I feel for an upscale restaurant the service was very lacking. Prebussing and never removing the stem ware never happened. It just wasn't the experience we were hoping for.

Strip House is one of my favorite steak houses in Las Vegas. I got the 12 oz filet mignon, baked potato and asparagus and all were excellent I ordered my steak cooked medium and Strip House always gets it right. My friends ordered New York Strips. We really enjoyed ourselves, chatted with the guests seated next to us and as always had a great dining experience.

Wait server was very pleasant and helpful. Food and support service was excellent. I had the dry aged boned in ribeye... delicious as was the truffles creamed spinach. Can't go wrong to eat at Strip House!

The food was excellent and out waiter was fantastic. His drink recommendation was on point and went well with the entré I chose. My husband's steak was cooked to his taste and the side dishes were tasty. Service was quick but we weren't rushed to finish. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in a romantic atmosphere.

What a great restaurant in Vegas. We had an amazing waiter who recommended exactly what we should get. Took his advice and loved it all. Great food, great service. We had a 3-year-old with us and their kid's meal was perfect.

Excellent food, service and ambience, as always. On my last visit, I enjoyed the special, Wagyu petit filet. Absolutely amazing!

What a cool vibe! Loved the ambience. They made our son's birthday special by having a sign on the table prepared before we even sat down. The server, Juan, was very friendly, not pushy. We had to be done on time for a show and he made that happen without us feeling rushed. It was a good balance between timeliness but not rushing us. He was great! The food was delicious. We all enjoyed our dinner our here and I definitely would recommend this place.

Amazing dinner last night!!! The food, the service, everything was wonderful. Our waiter Ryan was animated, funny, knowledgeable, and attentive. Has the charm and feel of an old time Vegas establishment. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

It was Ricky that really made the night and the team are also friendly. Drinks were generous and yummy. The appetizer was so good pan seared scallops on a bed of delicious bacon. So good. Steaks were good too.

Event planning can be very stressful when assuming accommodation for a 20 + crowd. Not everyone understands the importance of RSVP (i.e., Respond, if you please), in this case, I did experience some commitment issues lol, but Lori Carchedi took on my stress from the first moment we spoke. Lori stated, “Eboni, just let me know if your count changes one week before and we can make needed adjustments . Now if it changes the day of, we will make the adjustment with no problem. Due to me not living in Las Vegas and not being as hands on as I’d liked, I had to relinquish control, and Lori is that person you can do this with. She was responsive to every call, and email, I did not have to worry about anything . Lori outlined everything from the menu to the setup. Additionally, Lori suggested a lovely custom cake option made by Strip House partner, Las Vegas Custom Cakes, the cake was AMAZING! Lori assured the cake would be delicious and cared for by the Strip House team.On the day of event, Lori and Strip House team met me at the door and greeted me with warmth and smiles. I felt like a celebrity when greeted by the Strip House Team LOL. My Family expressed the same sentiments. We had 30 guests in my party and individually they felt the staff was personally serving them. My cousin who is a mom of three uttered how Lance serviced our youngest guest by ensuring her food was chopped in edible pieces. Our youngest guest who is eleven months enjoyed dinner due to Lance proactiveness. Lance action also allowed her parents to enjoy their food in peace. Thanks Lance!! Brian was so amazing; his warm and vibrant personality was just what we needed. Our family loves to laugh, and Brian brought just that! He was so attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed, he also made us feel like he was our personal best friend, individually. We nicknamed Brian our best friend, Thanks Brian!!Lori, I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful and pleasurable experience for my Dad’s 80th birthday celebration. Thank you for responding, and alleviating all my stress, and lending us your BEST waitstaff to care for us. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were hands down some of the best we had yet.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!Eboni , Bennie “Speedy” , and Family

One of my favorite places to eat in New York for the past decade. Great food and normally outstanding service. Everyone from the hostess to a string of managers have been nothing short of amazing....until dining at the Las Vegas location last night. Birthday party of twelve. 8:00pm dinner. Started well and quickly saw that service would be an issue. Long time to get someone to come to the table (to order a $520 magnum of Silver Oak) and deteriorated from there. Over ninety minutes and we've only had drinks and salad/apps. I ask what's the hold-up and am told very curtly “We're busy tonight!” Really, only about one-third of the tables have people eating. Dinner finally comes and food is good, but most sides are cool to luke warm. Eventually, the key lime pie with a candle shows up, but it's chocolate cake. I said we asked for key lime pie when we made the reservation and was told “We've out. Been out.” And then the waiter walked away. Both waiters were rude, short-tempered and had zero interest in being there. Obviously, they had a brutal night, but it ruined ours. I did get the last laugh. Normally tip 30-40%. On a $2,100 dinner bill, that's $600-$800. Left 9.5% last night, which was generous.
