Ordered a couple of sandwiches one of the sandwiches had avocado, paid online . Sandwich was missing avocado was not informed still paid for it though, ordered the same thing again made sure I had avocado and let them know I didn't get any yesterday was not to told anything about it nor was I offered some sort of refund . how are they okay with just ripping people off like that , that's not right . Was told I have to contact the higher ups just for the refund .

Bad customer service!!!! Marie and Brianna made my experience the worst and I will never visit this subway location again. I usually do mobile orders and then pick them up. I called the store to get sum information about one of the sandwiches as I was placing my order. Brianna answered the phone. I asked my question, she repeated it to Marie as she giggled. Marie said something in Spanish and Brianna hung up on my face. So I called back hoping she meant to put me on hold. She answered again but just hung it back up. I called several more times but they would just pick up the phone and hang it back up or wouldn't answer at all. So I drove to the store and asked why they hung up I. My face and Marie said " oh because we're not allowed to answer the phone". It got worst but this is long so yeah one star and I'm calling corporate.

Ms. "ZZ" at Subway is great! Her service is appreciated and the customer comes first with this nice lady - she makes a great sandwich and is always friendly and efficient. A definite 10! Thank you ZZ.

OMG Ordering with app for carry out , should be easy right?! Not here, I ordered a 1ft long Beast along with a 1 ft long BMT we received two sandwiches neither were made correctly. It's not like you can look inside bag and see if they messed up until you get home unwrap them and are totally aggregated. Do not order Cary out here!

I'm a Subway fan usually but this location makes it hard to do so. Every time I've ordered from this location from GRUBHUB something is always missing in my order. Also sandwich quality consistency is hit or miss. Some days they follow directions and other days my requests are ignored. Their oatmeal cookies are super oily and soft but I like crunchy cookies. I've tried calling the location but the phone just rings and rings... Maybe someone there will read this review.

The service here was not good, to say the least. We were ignored for a good 5 minutes after we walked in. Uninterested employees who could have cared less about our wants or requests. They were out of roast beef. Sloppy sandwich construction, plopping ingredients down in the middle, not separating cheese slices, just lazy and careless. But, lucky for them, the food was good. Please hire some help who cares what they're doing. Nice newly decorated interior. Winchell's Donuts is inside the same area.

Foot longs today and they only got 1 sandwich right. The other 2 foot longs I'm guessing we're just made up they certainly were not the Italian subs I ordered. Please when mobile ordering show up and watch for your sandwich to be made I got stuff I didn't ask for and stuff I asked to not be there on my sandwich. I hope a manager steps up to make this right

Ordered a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken sandwich to be picked up by someone else. Why was the chicken the only thing that they got right?? No onions, no teriyaki sauce, and they put mayonnaise on it. How do you not know what goes on one of your signature sandwiches???

Worst subway I've been to. First and last time I go to this one. First off when I entered not a single person greeted me. They all just stood there looking at me and kept talking amongst themselves. There were 4 in total and one was just leaving. 2 kept standing around talking and the other one was behind the counter putting gloves on to take my order. I walk up to him. Doesn't greet me just blank stares at me .. so I say "Hi how are you?" In a loud voice. He says "what can I get for you?" I say "Can I get an Italian 12 inch" this employee mumbles something under his breath, but I'm assuming it's something inappropriate because when he said that I said "excuse me???" And he lets out a small laugh and says "I'm just joking" at this point I'm annoyed and just want to get the hell out of here due to the horrible service .. when I get home I'm about half way into my first half of the sandwich when I feel something pulling in my throat and realize it's a fucking hair! Gross! Didn't even end up finishing my sandwich.

Had a pick up order..got there before dude was done..watched him make the sandwiches. Was the sloppiest job I've ever seen..was just blankly staring at the receipt throwing toppings not looking at anything he was doing. Wrong condiments and all. Won't be coming back to this location.

Came here on a Tuesday night after not having subway for a while based on bad experiences from other locations. I'm so glad i did because Jessica was amazing! Picked the better looking vegetables and made my sandwich beautifully!! Finally found someone who makes my subway sandwich how I like it. Thanks for being amazing!
