This place is terrible. I rarely leave reviews unless I feel like I need to and this place is just terrible. I’m convinced this location is like a money laundering place or something because they HATE serving customers. Go inside and deal with their horrible attitudes and them saying they’re out of everything literally every single time. Or try and order online and have your order canceled 2 minutes after it’s ordered. Turn your damn Postmates off if you’re going to complain about getting orders. Can’t even rate the damn food cause you can never get anything???

They have one guy working and this dude is a f**king npc. You ask him anything and he has the most dull look you'll ever see. The sandwiches were ass and he put damn near a whole salt shaker on my my sandwich. Horrible service I've never hated an employee more in my life.

Honestly, does anyone related to this business read the reviews of this place? It was a pathetic experience with bad attitude employees who were playing on the phone instead of helping to a new hire. Just close the doors and go home.

I ordered a club sub with bacon on my lunch break and when I got to work opened the sandwich. No bacon and it’s missing 1 of the meats and when I called to report this issue they “apologized and told me they will make sure it doesn’t happen again and we look forward to seeing you again” Automated response. Nobody wanted to do anything to make it right. You know. Customer service. Don’t go here

Came in at 6:30 and there was a guy working there that was horrible. No customer service, threw everything on my sandwich instead of making it look nice, and was talking to his coworkers while helping me. You’d think that when you have someone watching you make your food that you would try to make it look nice but he literally THREW the stuff on there no joke. He also was wearing a ski mask that looked like he was gonna rob his own store. I’m not coming back here. I do not feel welcome here and can’t believe the service.

So everytime I’ve been to this subway 8/10 time I have a bad experience. one time I went they said they said we only accept cash, i said I have cash, then switch up and said no wait no we don’t have exact change“ so the store closed, other times the store closes early for no reason even though it’s open until 12. And if that’s not enough if you don’t see them make your sandwich they’ll leave out extra toppings that you pay extra for and you don’t find out until you’re at home and you can’t refund through the app, it’s a mess, staff don’t care at all

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My husband ordered a sandwich here today on his lunch break, a woman made him the wrong one. Instead of selling him the sandwich she made, as he didn't have time for her to make the correct sandwich he ordered originally, she refused him service and he didn't have any lunch as a result. Even other customers who witnessed this garbage spoke up about how wrong this was. Complaint has been filed, they never get our business again and shouldn't get yours either.
