Made us wait 20 min. Why? Systems were updating. He could have started making our order (4 sandwiches) but refused. Kept cleaning. Avoid if possible, as other reviews indicate, the service is disgusting.

The employees that work there are the worst employees ever. I've been in the fast food industry for many years. The manager there and the kid that works there is so unprofessional so mean so rude I can't believe no one from corporate has not done anything about them.

i went to go to shark reef aquarium at mandalay bay but hours wrong and it was closed. i was hungry the whole food court was closed like a ghost town. but luckily subway was open. its shocking vegas has so many places closed at night. i have had subway that was good and not good but this location was great. the vegetables were fresh and delicious and guy was nice. it was perfect for someone starving and wanting food quick. no seating open only bummer but i sad nearby on a bench so plenty of places to sit. if your there and hungry its great too its 24 hours i passed many restaurants all night that were closed.

Basic food, basic service. Guy coun't even look at me in the eye. I asked multiple questions and would not answer one of them. He didnt even put our food in the bag. He made us do it. Seems like his mother did not give him enough love as a kid. The bag ripped and didn't try to remedy the situation. He just ignored us. 0/5. Worst service qt any subway ever.

Customer service was terrible had keep repeating myself when trying order my sandwich as the server doesn't understand English language and couldn't understand a single word she was saying as it was just a mumble of words she spoke. Ended up with a sandwich I didn't really want. Also had pay for 2 sandwiches when I intended on only paying for my own but didn't give me option for just paying for my own. To be honest worst experience and didn't think it was hard just order a sandwich wished went to macdonalds for breakfast instead. Lesson learnt tho never use subway again. Funny especially as Subway have a convention on lol.

Don’t let the 24 hour OPEN sign fool you. I went in at 5:30 am and was told by an employee that they were closed. When questioned he said they need 20 minutes to clean up. I asked if they would be ready by 5:50 and he said no, that they had a big delivery and won’t serve me. Worst service!!

Sandwich was good, but the customer service was trash.Since only 1 employee working both food and register, waited 30 min in line for food. Needs another employee there.Guy serving had an attitude, but I guess understandable if you are left there alone to do everything with no help.But this place is the only choice after all the other restaurants in the food court close, so either you like it or you like it ?Plan ahead and eat somewhere else

It's subway, what could go wrong? But for some reason this Sammy did not hit. Went around 3pm and everything tasted like it was a day old. Prices are super inflated, but what isn't here. Cookies are hard as a rock, and I'd skip on the chicken. I couldn't even finish my Sam and I ALWAYS finish.

Located in the food court at Mandalay Bay. Prices are super inflated in the resorts including the food court. If you are looking for a satisfying sandwich then look no further. Service was a decent and I was able to redeem my Subway MVP rewards in the U.S.

******ZERO STARS DESERVED*******A few of the workers need an attitude adjustment. I ordered a cold cut, and the meat didn't look good, so I asked the employee to remove the meat, and I got steak instead. The employee got an attitude;sucked her teeth; mumbled under her breath, and aggressively started making my sandwich. Then the employee next to her started assembling my sandwich, I asked for more onions, and I was told I'd have to pay extra, which she said with an attitude! Not only did this location lose my business, but two sandwiches were prepared that couldn't be sold. Just because Vegas is a tourist city doesn't mean customers should be treated poorly! There are plenty of other businesses to patronize!!

I don’t know where to start… I’ll begin with the service. 0 stars if I could. There was an problem with my sandwich and the manager told me she wasn’t going to assist me without her manager who (wasn’t there) told her so. She gave me her manager contact to give her a call and the manager Aline told me it would take her 24 hours to look into it. She then hung up the phone in my face while I was at the restaurant. My problem was not resolved.Next, I want to mention the quality of the food. As my sandwich was being prepared, I couldn’t help but notice the freezer burned vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) and rotten avocados. The spinach was old as well. The staff should have payed close attention to this and both managers
