Ordered a sandwich via the app. Got there at 4:30 am so the door was locked. The guy working was in the bathroom. Came out at 4:45 to make the sandwich. Finished making it and then went back to the bathroom till 5:05. All the time, I was standing outside, ringing the bell and pounding on the door. He saw me both times and just ignored me and didn't even say anything once he finally let me in.

I did an online order for 2 sandwiches. When I went over to pick them up apparently I stole my own sandwiches. When in actuality the 2 worker Daisy and Maria gave my order to someone else and not following through and checking if it was the correct order.They had me standing and waiting so they could both check the cameras to make sure I was not lying. I had my card, email and confirmation on my app but still not enough proof for them.They decided to re make my order and continued to scold me for not telling them I was going to pick up my order a little late.Once my order was filled I called the store to get their names and it took them the 4-5th time of me calling to answer.I asked the associate who answered the names of both the people helping me then I told them how am I to follow your instructions on calling when I’m going to be late for my order if they cannot answer the 1st or 2nd time I called.The person argued with me telling me they’re on a lunch rush so they were unable to answer.Maybe that’s a problem you need to tell your store manager and not tell a customer of your frustration.MARIA AND DAISY if you have time to sit in the office checking the camera to see if I’m going to steal buy one get one free sandwiches there wouldn’t be a lunch rush.

My son won a $15 Subway gift card from school in a book fair. I took him to get his favorite Philly sandwich ?. While standing in line the lady didn't want to take my order, she literally stood there with blank Sarcastic look on her face. I had to ask her.."CAN I ORDER"?... I ordered 2 sandwiches 6" inch one Philly and one turkey. Told her what I wanted on the sandwiches. Instead of her finishing my sandwiches she began working on someone else with my sandwiches just sitting there? . I finally got irritated with her attitude and told her to PLEASE FINISH my sandwiches so my kid and I can go!... VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So while I was trying to checkout with the gift card it declined 2x but the balance on the card was $15. I actually showed her the balance and then only then did she take the card and swipe it behind the register where it Mysteriously worked.We won't go back to this Subway.
