Tasty meal and good value especially since it's the expensive Vegas Strip. One star off because they didn't have ketchup.

Worse service ever! Placed an order for delivery; the wrong address pops up on my order... called to update address no answer. Contacted Door Dash, but the driver refuses to deliver the order due to distance and compensation... Why have a phone if you are not going to answer it... Your location is in the middle of tons of traffic/construction.... We have orientations weekly, but we definitely will not be ordering from this location, if any, ever again!

My room in the Flamingo looked down on this Subway so I made note to check it out during the short lunch break that my conference had. I was a bit worried of what I'd find based on the older reviews but it was totally fine. Food tasted just like the Subway I regularly go to in my home town, prices were the same (none of the usual "Vegas Markup" that I could tell), service was fast and friendly. The only strange thing was that one of two sets of double-doors was locked so if I hadn't spotted the staff inside I might have thought it was closed, but they were open for lunch on both a Monday and Tuesday as you'd expect. (There was construction in the area in December 2023 so the sidewalk was a bit crowded around it, but that'll be temporary.)

The two ladies that were working late night on 9/15 were the kindest people I’ve ever had serve me at any Subway, ever. I didn’t catch their names, though.

The young man working in the store Saturday evening said “I’m closed.” We asked if that meant the store (24hrs) was closing, he said “no, the store is open, but I am closed.” He then proceeded play on his phone as if we didn’t exist. At best that was a bad explanation, and he should put his phone down, and look at his customers. At worst he’s an entitled child, who didn’t want to do his job. Why be open if you can’t serve anyone?

Visited this Subway outlet located on 3649 Las Vegas Blvd., NV 89109 in December 2021, next to the Pretzel Factory, Sunglass Hut and the Wahlburgers. It's very close to the popular walking sidewalks, tourist foot traffic, the Bellagio, Ceasar's Palace, and the Paris Hotel. You could also see the public transportation, the buses and even the Double Decker buses plying. There were two employees working, a gentleman and a young lady. The lady wasn't even being helped and was trying her best and managing well, taking the orders and running the register. There was evidently lack of staff at this Subway. I had to be in line with the other customers for almost close to 30 minutes. My family was waiting outside, even pretty hungry and the light fading or already getting dark. There is hardly any space inside, except to stand in line. I didn't know that it was even open 24 hours until now and felt it was useful remaining open that late in the evening. There is nothing particular to say about the food. So, so, or average compared to other Subway locations, I have visited, including some global outlets.

Just arrived in Vegas and this was one of not many places that were still open around 11:30pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches that we usually get and they were on average side taste wise. The wait time is on the longer side. The place does not have dine-in option and is small. So if there are 3-5 people waiting, you’ll be crowded. The staff was very friendly though.Parking: Parking is not available as this place is located on a tiny walking street off the strip.Kid-friendliness: Not kids friendly. The place is too small and stroller will be an issue inside. Also no place to sit inside.

This is supposed to be 24 hours but when we came in, they told me the wait was 30 minutes (Although there wasn't anyone in line) due to a shift change. They were changing tills it looked like. I think 30 minutes to change is insane for one but for two, they should just close during those times. The TVs that show the menus were all turned off. We came back the next day and the line was massive. The person behind us was complaining the entire time. I didn't realize having 1 person on shift was even legal until now... especially on the Strip..As we were approaching the front, the person ahead of me ordered tuna. I said, "Hey, I just read a review that the tuna is a bit salty so ask for salt on the side". The guy replied that he hardly even eats at Subway because the Tuna isn't even real. The lady working there said she will no longer serve me. All I said was skip the salt. We stood in line for half hour and got kicked out over advising someone not to get salt. That's insane. I wish I had it on video. I wasn't aggressive or talking to her at all. I was having a private conversation with someone I stood on line with for half hour. Honestly never been to a worse establishment in my life.

This is my first review and very happy to do so. Valentwine was amazing and giving their absolute all at 4 in the morning for a group of five. Service was impeccable and nonetheless welcoming despite the time.

We stood in a long queue for about 20-30 minutes on Christmas Day only to be told they do not serve Veggie Delite because they are saving veggies for non-vegetarians. Why could they not delete that item from the digital menu displayed in the store? We love Subway so much that we have visited many of its outlets worldwide. This was the worst experience. Perhaps, we should not be so crazy about Subway anymore, anywhere.

Their tuna sub made me feel sick.. And it was super salty as well; maybe thats their way of preserving their food..??

This was the 24-hour Subway and they mean business over there. They're putting those sandwiches together fast for people
