I had previously Good experience at this location. But after this last time I put a to go order in and went in restaraunt and 2 employees seemed confused on what went on sandwiches and then when I got home I found hair in My sandwiches so ended up tossing them away.

I made a mistake today forgetting that Fresh Mozzarella is extra and took out my frustration on Luis. He was trying to explain that he didn’t charge extra when the pieces on my sandwich were full size and I asked for a bit more due to the size of the slices. I started making a BIG FUSS about it and LUIS kept his cool and calm during my whole rant. Once again, I apologize about my misunderstanding. LUIS is a great employee and an asset to this SUBWAY location. Thank you and sorry.

DOPE FINDS

They cancel your app order when they don't feel like making it. Made an app order it went through. Couple minutes later check my screen and it was canceled. I checked my account to make sure my money was good and it was, so I reordered. Minutes later it was canceled again on my screen. Its 11pm so it's not busy. The workers just rather not bother. Called the # for the store on app also doesn't work. Staff there always has annoyed attitude.

They deny you the bathroom, you are going to eat something and need to wash your hands and they don't let you use it, they say it is damaged but it is not real because I have come several times and it is the same

They are always understaffed, and the staff they do have are inattentive to guests. The sandwiches are mediocre in quality compared to other locations. If you think ordering online will save you time here, think again. They will help the guests ordering in line before handing you the sandwiches that are literally sitting on the counter, just getting soggy. I think I’ll start traveling a bit further for better locations; the convenience just isn’t worth the terrible service and food.

I’ve been a subway customer for over 20 years I’ve never experienced a poor and disgusting customer service like the one I’ve been through in this location. No greeting, the Hispanic lady that works there totally ignored me and when she finally moved towards me she just stood there and stared at me until I asked if she knew what can I help was. And even then and through out my order process she was so disappointing. I don’t blame her for her lack of professionalism and respect but I blame her management for letting this kind of unacceptable behaviors to continue damaging our values and standards

The vegetables didn't look fresh and the person making the sandwich was doing a poor job putting it together. I had a coupon to buy a footlong for 8.99 and for some reason their machine would not accept my coupon. She suggested that I use the coupon before and I just cut it off for my coupon advertisement that was sent to my mailbox.I asked her if I should take it to a Subway that will take the coupon And she said yes. So I left with no food.

Staff was super nice but the bread was so stale it was hard to bit pieces. I had the multi grain. The first sign was she tried cutting the bread 3 times . Ingredients were fresh but the bread sucked. Wasted my money.
