Burnt bread and forgotten orderI placed a take out order online and when I arrived at the store the order wasn't ready yet. It was forgotten. They started processing my order and I sat at a table and was polite and patient. After unwrapping the order at home, I found that the bread was burnt. Couldn't eat it due to the bitterness and tossed it in the trash. My wife ordered a wrap and the online order and receipt showed she emitted some veggies from the default template order but they still added it.The inattentiveness to details and customer service is not worth any amount of money here. We will use another location next time.

I tried asking why they have this blocked off but they wouldn't answer they just said this is how it is now. The staff are usually super friendly but you could tell they are getting asked about this alot. The owner should remove this as it's shady practices. I couldn't verify my sandwich meat or how it looked before getting cheese and being toasted. Subway has always been about watching them built the sandwich now we can't see it? Questionable for sure! They also had no footlong cookies.

I got the churro in the morning thinking it would be fresh still it's 8AM but the Churro was DRY, HARD AND has no flavor. I would NOT RECOMMEND this, you are better of keep your $2 for other junk food because this is not it. So disappointed as I've been waiting & wanting one just to be overdone.

Jackeline at the front always has an attitude and makes multiple customers feel uncomfortable.

The owner of this franchise has instructed the employees to make those sandwiches as thin as possible. They claim that grocers are so expensive they can't afford to make sandwiches like they used to. So if you want the scrawny sandwich you've ever seen this is a place for you to go. Or if you're on a diet or you don't like vegetables this is a really good place to go. Prices went up quality has dropped dramatically. It's too bad because this is right near my house and now I have to drive further away to get a good Subway sandwich

The lady would not take my coupon. She said "tHe CoMpUtEr WoN't TaKe It. It SaId No". My sandwich gave me a tummy ache, and there were 3 panhandling-cartel members outside, harassing customers for money left and right.

Definitely not what it used to be that almost $10 for a footlong sandwich the sandwiches are assembled haphazardly a best especially when done through a third party ordering service go to highly recommends Jersey Mike's or Capriotti's for the similar money you get a much higher quality product with more care put into

I just ordered a subway turkey salad from here and it was one of the best I've had in my life.

Because of Subways commercials and spokespeople(they wouldn't lie) we decided to give them another try. Very disappointed, clerk didn't know how to make the sandwiches kept asking what we wanted on them. We said just like you see on the commercial. He had to read the cheat sheet on the wall. There were two other employees in the back chatting I asked if I could pay now with no responce. When clerk was done I asked about the 5050bogo, he didn't know, clerk came from back and she said do you have the app to scan on your phone, I replied didn't bring my phone not to mention don't know how to do the scan download. Was refused discount then I asked senior discount and yes but 10% OFF 1 item. Terrible service, Terrible food. The spokespeople should be ashamed of themselves getting paid to promote such disappointing food.

Unfortunately, there is a communication and procedure issue at this location. I've tried multiple times over the last several months to use my Subway My Way rewards card to earn rewards tokens. However, the team has no idea what the program is about and make up excuses when they don't know how to swipe the card to register the purchase points. When the manager is not present - which is often - they simple don't know what to do! In addition, there is an English translation barrier and you often have to repeat what you say. This has been going on for FAR TOO LONG and I've voiced my concern to management via email but to no avail. (This is my second with a review for this location.)

Very disappointed. Had a women wait on me with a very heavy spanish accent. Not a problem, but was very curt when taking my order. It seemed as if I was annoyin her. Got to the cash register and i paid and she counted out the money and slapped it on the counter. I asked her if she realized I had hands..and she could put the change in them. Swandwich was good but it seemed as if I was annoying her when I asked for more vegeatables and vinegar and oil. Not sure if I will return.
