I ordered on the 22nd of October and still have not received my refund for the store giving my order to the wrong dasher I had to reorder with no refund so I paid $40 for 2 sandwhiches & everytime I order online they mess up my sandwhiches & everytime I order extra Mayo the sandwhich is still dry.

One worker and she is a racist (10 minutes ago, I was here). She skipped me to take care of a Mexican man and they spoke in Spanish. When asked how how is the wait, she replied “one hour” and continue to help the Mexican man. She should have already had made the food for the Ubereats pickup prior to. Her customer service needs training.

Ordered 3 12" subs for delivery. Only got 2 12" and one flattened 6". Turkey sub had one scrawny slice of Turkey for $15. Salted till it was inedible. 6"Chicken teriyaki had maybe 2-3 tiny bites of chicken. Lettuce dead drowned in sauce. Also inedible. Cost $13. We called to talk to manager. Kid answered. Said to bring it all in to be redone. We ordered and paid grub hub for delivery. Threw the food away. Wrote Subway off the list for food.

Very clean, both staff very accomadating, personable, & professional. Glad there is an option to tip now. Wish you would reopen the 3 in NW Ranco, W. Craig, Decatur areas.Husband said Philly was dry. Also got a plain BLT.

If this is the Subway on Farm Road, proceed with caution. This is the second time a very negative experience. My coupon was less than 24 hours expired and they would not offer. So I said I often get a senior or military discount. The young guy said, oh we don't do that anymore. Really? Cutting positive customer perks is bad business. So I had to pay over $11 for a half of a basic sandwich, small drink, and small bag of chips. I know things are overpriced, but without a coupon, Subway is way overpriced. I gave 2 stars as the food is good, and for some people, they don't care how much they pay or how they are treated if the food is good.

Literally drove an extra 20 minutes to not get anything. I was the first costumer in started off good. But then 2 more customers came in while my sandwich was being toasted. This older lady was doing my sandwich and she asked me what I wanted. I told her, "everything EXCEPT! Spinach and black olives." She started adding spinach and I told her, I said, "everything EXCEPT! Spinach and black olives." She later removed the spinach very aggressively and added black olives. After I had told her twice to not add black olives and spinach. I told her again for the third time! " No olives and spinach. She grabbed my whole sandwiches and threw it away.I honestly never been so disappointed and disrespected. I literally repeated it 3 times, and was so frustrated I walked out. I wanted to giver her the benefit of the doubt but after the older lady threw away the sandwich, I had to leave!

The most awful and terrible experience. We placed an order online while waiting in the store since the 1 worker was helping a customer already. There were two other workers who didn't speak English who we told about the order and they told us to wait until they have time for it. We waited in the store for 10 minutes for the food to be made while the two Spanish workers where in the back chitchatting. After that, we get an EMAIL saying our order was CANCELLED while we were literally waiting in the store. There was only 1 customer placing an order and only 1 employee helping them while the other 2 ladies were fooling around. Super disrespectful. Will definitely not be coming back to this subway again and we'll warn both our friends and family to not come here either. Save your self time and go somewhere else where they won't cancel your order, be rude to you and not do their jobs while you're waiting in their lobby.
