Sent my husband In to get a turkey wrap and they said they didn’t have mayo. What sandwich shop doesn’t have Mayo??? Then I asked him to just go ahead and get me a tuna wrap and it’s taken them 20 minutes to make it. Never coming here again!

Bilal is the slowest sandwhich maker I have ever encountered. Man is a menace to society and will rob you of your precious time if you order from this subway. Nearly took him an hour to make 2 sandwhiches.

I was just here and didn't even make it to order before I walked out. The two employees working started arguing with each other while making another family's order. The man in line in front of me also left without ordering. The family who had just started ordering when the two employees started arguing with each other also left without completing their order. In less than 30 seconds they had three potential orders walk out the door. Extremely unprofessional!

Went in for a pick up order and there was young African male employee. Can’t recall his full name but it started with a D. Give that man a raise, middle of the dinner rush with a line stretching almost out the door is still individually welcoming people in! Didn’t look like the morning shift prepped for him but he just kept doing his thing despite the crowd. Mad respect.
I’ve been ordering here for over a year. Lately it seems like they just don’t have their stuff together. In the past month I’ve gotten incorrect items on my order, late pick up orders, and missing cookies which I’ve paid for - with no compensation. Why come here when you can get better service elsewhere?

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. It's near my home and the only reason I still return. This is the second time they ran out of bread. Only white tonight, couple weeks ago only wheat. Bread is the staple of a sandwich!!!!Been there where the lettuce looked rotten and ran out of different vegetables. I feel for the workers for having very poor owners and management.
