Worst experience. We literally had to beg for adequate amount of portions. Even after asking multiple times, there was not enough veggies added. We knew this store is trying to steal money from the customers since we own 3 subways and we know what is the requirement from the Subway company. We highly criticize this type of service and ownership coz this being bad reputation to Subway. I would highly recommend that company take strict action against such owners.

This picture of this subway is a huge lie, lol. My husband and I stayed at Westgate Hotel for a whole week, and we walked to the gift shop from coming off the monorail at the Sahara Hotel exit. In a split decision, we decided on a quick subway sandwich before going into the gift shop past the Walgreens on the other side of the traffic light. The employee is a sweetheart and did good on our sandwiches with great service, but the location is a very popular spot for beggers and people on some crazy drugs that cause them to just laugh out loud and talk out loud to themselves, immediately we were asked from one of them to buy him a soda and another asked to buy him a McDonald's burger that's also in the same plaza. There r several more hanging out, either walking around in circles or sitting down on the sidewalk, taking off a shirt, or some other crazy thing. If you can get past that , it's a nice walk to check out other shops and restaurants.

If I could rate this store a 0star I would but I can’t. Workers barely understand English and when I make hand gestures for a little they put a lot for sauces .It wasn’t even my sandwich so I was a little more than frustrated And the prices for a simple sandwich was almost 20 bucks like I get it they’re located right off strip but dang .first and last time going there for sure!. No smile. No hi how are you. No -thanks have a great night. Zero customer service. Management needs to re train staff!.

I've given it a 3 stars because over all the homeless kept me entertained in that place. The gentleman who took my order I don't know what his issue was when u asked if he could cut my sandwich in half cuz I was going to share he got saucy. I've repeatedly asked him 3 or more times to do so also I don't like how he automatically thought since I am black, that I'm with a group of black ppl and decided to ring my order also putting my belongings in there bag I ask the two black mean in front of me they stated they did them the same way and they was even together. Bum/crackhead/ whatever u wanna call them got more service than actual customers.(lady spilled he coffee) employee arguing. Over all entertaining but 40 buck for 2 subs and a pizza.. oh noo no thanks..
