Waste of time and space this subway is literally the people staffed here are very rude and disrespectful, it was so hard to order a sandwich with the staff they have here I went in 04/16/24 around 2 pm please look into this.

This place used to be good . Now they got people that you can barely understand them what there saying and if you order a sandwich . Think you want it how it comes . What happens if they make it how it comes and someone allergic to onion or lettuce . The first thing they should ask is if we like to add or own fixing . Not assume .

Worker not doing anything, he was upset customer came to the door. Upset I was waiting in the store for some reason and I drove miles for a dash and he didn't start making till I arrived and took 10+ minutes to make a TUNA sandwich that is already old and sitting there, warm churro so idk why he was so slow. Only two things.

I will never go to this subway ever again. I GOT SICK OFF THERE CHICKEN. they charged me because I wanted to change the chicken for the chicken bacon ranch my girlfriend got then charged me for the bacon. got mad because we wanted cheese on the side. came home and are sandwitch was not even cut and was all torn up. the chicken was still cold on all sandwichs. customer service was horrible. im sorry but will never come back to this location

Waited for five minutes saying hello no one would come out it was 5pm I was the only person there. Finally a lady comes out and she couldn't speak English so I tried Spanish and she couldn't speak Spanish either I couldn't order. I was like wth how did this lady get a job in customer service without speaking English!!? Idk if she's trolling me or what she acted like she was special needs cause she wasn't speaking anything. I left to work with no lunch for the day. If you're going to be short staffed at least have your one and only employee fluent in English

Sales Support

At 1:20 I opened the door and asked if I could get water for my three small dogs - I had a cup, and there were no customers in the lobby. The nice young man said he had to go ask his boss if it was ok. The boss said no, I had to buy a cup and then get the water. I know we have a water shortage, but didn't realize it was so bad that a bit of water couldn't be shared. Luckily the Sonic next door is much kinder. Then I came home and read the reviews for this location, and they are horrible. At 1:35 I then tried to call and speak to the manager, however no one would answer the phone. I am very persistent and I called 8 times because the phone cuts off after 10 rings. On the 77th ring (I said I'm persistent) the phone was answered by I'm assuming the same young man. I asked for the manager's name but he said he could not give it out and had to go because they were super busy. I'm thinking that this location could use a new manager because she is mean. At least Sonic has a heart.

Wouldnt suggest going here unless your willing to wait 30+ minutes for a sandwich. Horrible place to try and get food. I would suggest retaining your staff on how to make a sandwich if you want to keep customers. Saw 2 people leave because of the wait, and there was only 3 of us in there.
