I’m sorry but every time I go in, the older lady with long blonde hair has the worst customer service… You can tell she does not want to be there ??I came in and waited a bit because she was in the back, & when she came out. She kept rushing me.. like what else ? & she wasn’t even on the first part yet lol… she barely put the the sandwich in the toaster, & asking if I was getting cookies & drinks.. I told her I am.. while I walked to help my son with the soda machine. She’s like what else do you want or (something around the lines of if she’s gonna standby while I decided) lol (while sandwich in the toaster) & rushing while she left my sandwich in the oven it’s beeping. She walks over to the phone cause it’s ringing.. lol. So my sandwich is a bit crispy ?..The soda machine doesn’t work it’s spraying everywhere on my son and that area…I asked her if she was aware of the soda machines.. she’s like yeah……You couldn’t have told me?& AT THE END SHE LITERALLY WALKED AWAY WITH THE FOOD LEFT ON THE COUNTER.. chips not even in the bag like okay bye.MANAGEMENT pls play the video back, horrible customer service.. ?Last time I was there she had an issue with the register.. Saturday around 6:40-7pm. anyways, I’ll never come back to this subway, there’s another one near by..

Just did an online order for this subway store on Durango app said food was ready so I drove there to get my food & the store was closed. Doors are locked, no one inside. No sign stating they’re closed for the day & why would you not turn off online ordering for the store if no one is there? Wasted my time & energy & let’s no forget I gotta wait to get my $$$ back till your system figures it out! What if that had been my last $$$ to eat with today & you took it from me? Yall don’t know what people are going through GET IT TOGETHER!!

Order the sandwich from App. They got everything wrong on my sandwiches. Try calling the district manager. she never responded. Also left the complaint with the corporate office. Apparently nobody cares there.

The elderly lady is very nice but if it takes her 15 min to make one sandwich why would you have her by her self? Maybe have another person to help her.. also I don't like people breathing over my sandwich while there making it covid does still exist and so does the flu and much more :)

I just went to this location today 10/14 at 4:30pm, it’s nice and clean but the employee was rude did not even greet us nor did she say thank you for our purchase she was just like a robot. Will not be returning and do not recommend. Please owners, have better expectations from your employees. They are the face of your business. We were treated as if we were begging versus a paying client.

So ridiculous i came to subway and waited almost like 30mins while everyone was scattered around wondering if im next then a random person would stand up not knowing which place i stand.. waist of my time waiting & not even a "ill be with you shortly" ..& the worker would just look at me all serious so i left. Our sandwiches at this location are normally fine. The 3 sandwiches were so carelessly made. Had very few ingredients and one order was wrong. It was supposed to be turkey and ham. All had barely any meat and veggies. So dissatisfied.

The little girl with the 6 inch nails & spider lashes needs an attitude check. Like I get that it's subway, but smile dude. It's not that hard to make a sandwich & not be rude about it. Not coming back to this location

It was closed past 7:00 am when it was time for the place to be open . No big deal due to I understand things happen , yet when it’s 7:40 am and still not open and the employe yells saying it’s due to previous employee not prepping before hand that’s definitely not professional manner to talk to a customer . There was also a fly buzzing inside the area of food produce that makes up your sandwich’s items to be place to make one. I decided to leave and left with polite gesture as have a blessed day and thank you but no thank you . Definitely do not recommend this place .

My son and I stopped here tonight on our way home from the airport and the young man working was so pleasant and kind to us. I wish I would've gotten his name. Just posting in hopes of his manager seeing this and to thank him for the great customer service.
