Food is good, workers are good, place was clean, etc.. But avoid going here during the day or perhaps shift change time at the hospital. You may have to park like a block away and have someone yell at you over a parking spot. Ppl were all stressed out frantically looking for a spot. I mean they have a small garage but it's a third mile away they didn't plan that whole place very well. Also they have charged me on the App before and I drove there and they were closed and didn't give me my money back until I went there with documentation. Theres no way to reach them online or by phone at all and the app itself offers no support. I will avoid this subway but not saying that the workers aren't doing their part and they are friendly. Have gone there about 7 times. I get it they're geared more for ppl already at the hospital but probably lose a lot of business because of the hassle. Even with a totally overflowing parking lot the subway was dead empty.

Carmen is a nasty and rude manager. I accidentally opened the door the wrong way. She asked me if I knew how to read and scolded me that I opened the door the wrong way. I proceeded to ask her who the manager is to report how she was talking to me. She replied I am the manager. Regardless of the situation the door does open both ways. She has no right to talk to customers like that and she should not be a manager at all. I will be filing a report with corporate and she needs to learn how to talk to people correctly.

The Tuna sandwich that I ordered taste disgusting and smells bad! It bites back my tongue. The mexican lady refused to replace my sandwich and She wanted me to pay for the replacement sandwich. It wasn't fresh at all & very poor quality. Two staff are UNFRIENDLY & Nasty. Very poor customer service.. Never to come back at this location at 3150 N Tenaya Way Suite #175

The Subway at Maryland Parkway and Sahara is the worst. We have given them several chances to provide good food and good customer service and they have failed multiple times. Tonight we ordered three foot long sandwiches and three cookies. The bread on both ends of all the sandwiches were too hard to eat. The tomatoes were mushy. The customer service was worse than the sandwiches. The two ladies working barely spoke English or pretended to not speak English. Either way I was made to feel uncomfortable. When I received the bag I proceeded home. Once I got home I realized the cookies were not in the bag. It took took several calls to the store to get someone to answer. When they did answer they were very rude. I have never had any problem with any other Subway. I had also asked what kind of soup they had. I was told there was none. There has never been soup when we have tried to order it. Please don't get me wrong. We love Subway just not this location.

After the change in management and all employees at this location, the whole store has gone down hill. 2 weeks since the employees have changed and it has been 2 weeks since the soda machine has been broken, no sodas stocked in the fridge, no fresh cookies every day like the old crew used to do, and now they haven’t had lettuce for a few days…. This literally didn’t happen 1 time during the other employees. I’ve been working in the area and have been coming to this subway for the past 7 months and now I don’t want to go there. They have ruined the place in my opinion

The year is 2022 and the 11th day of July was an absolute scorcher. An average summer afternoon in the northwest of Las Vegas. However, what was far from average were the subs we received from this location. The well-constructed sandwiches can only be described as being made by the hands of an absolute ARTIST. I wish I could post the picture of the sub that I received but I did the only honorable thing when graced with such an edible MASTERPIECE. I ate it. Perhaps you may be wondering: "was it as delicious as it looked?" Yes, my friends... yes, it was. Keep up the great work. 10 stars.

I visited this site twice the first time the 1 employee wasn't happy or friendly, I left him a $3 tip and he didn't say thank you. The second time another employee was there and he was very helpful and friendly.

This location is way beyond unprofessional. It’s constantly locked for long period of time at night. Loud music playing. No mask are being worn, there’s a short young girl and a tall young man with no work shirt on no badge showing indicating that they work at subway. The young girl has long hair with no hair net is touching her hair with the same gloves she’s preparing and touching food. For this location to be 24h and inside a hospital it sure is lacking professionalism.
