If I can rate zero stars I would this place has terrible customer service online it states that they close at 8pm I was next in line at 7:35 waiting for the dude to open the window and speak to me but instead he finishes someone’s order and hands it to them then looks straight at me and snatched the open sign off of the window and turns around to act like he was doing something very disappointed since I really enjoyed the previous time I went there.
Best soft shave ice with delicious add ons (ice cream + snow cap to make it extra creamy), courteous and hardworking employees and the cutest branding. Perfect little spot to cool off. It's worth the drive downtown.
