We tried the Super Omakase chef's special with fresh wasabi and it was some of the best nigiri I've had in Vegas. The sashimi was also very high quality and tasty. I also like that the have Evian (mineral) water to wash down the food. The miso soup was okay but it did not detract from the rest of the experience. Finally, the mochi taste and presentation was top notch.We will be back for sure!

If you love real sushi, this is the place to go. Everything was strip level great and in a convenient location on Sahara. Excellent service and atmosphere as well.

Quality of the sushi was good, but the experience more generally was disappointing. Even though we were the only people in the entire restaurant, it took about an hour for the three of us to get our food. It seemed like they just opened since they didn't serve any alcohol, so I suspect they don't have their liquor license yet. The waitress was incredibly nice and they over free soda to make up for it, but I was looking forward to having some sake with my sushi. The deluxe chirashi bowl was tasty but compared to the picture on the menu, very underwhelming.

The fish here is so fresh and so delicious. We tried just about everything and love it all. I don't think there was a single roll that I didn't like. Plus the presentation was fantastic and I really appreciate seeing it done. See you again soon.

Ordered delivery. The tuna taretare had four small pieces of tuna, all avocado. The salmon roll literally all rice. Smh. Avoid if you like quality at all costs

First time trying this place. We were greeted and was seated right away. This is a hidden gem to me. We just returned from a month long Japan trip and was missing some sushi. I have to say that the quality of seafood here is too notch! The Hokkaido scallops tasted like the one in Hokkaido, Japan when we went. The ponzu on it was a nice touch. The kaisen don was my favorite. Everything was fresh and the texture was melt in your mouth good. They didn't have any uni left so they subbed in sea bass which was good as well. I absolutely love the music with the covers of pop music. I would definitely come back for my sushi fix here even though I live pretty far away. Great job sushi one.

Let's start about the place, super clean, great atmosphere, and nice restaurant. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. The sushi was great, fresh fish, and feel like authentic sushi. Doesn't make you heavy like other places. I highly recommend this place!

I have no complaints !I've tried Sushi one before but never got a chance to write a review.... so I'll do it now since I tried different dishes.The place really looks nice. The chairs are really comfortable, and I was keep mentioning while eating ....The service was great as well as the food. As you can see, the food looks perfect and tastes really good and fresh .I really enjoyed eating at Sushi One, and I will visit again of course.

We were in the area and decided to swing by to check it out. This is not an all-you-can-eat sushi place. The taste of the sushi was decent but nothing really stuck out that made it different from any other place but the presentation was nice. Average price of sushi seemed lower than competitors. The service was top notch. Server was super friendly and came by constantly to check on us.
