I was wasn’t able to get any service due to the fact that I had to use the restroom in the restroom for customers only try to explain to multiple cashiers that I had to use the restroom in order to make my order as I had to use the restroom bad I was denied the restroom. Had to go to the sonics next-door who is more than willing to let me use the restroom and I ordered from them as well.

They got rid of the counter person in exchange for an iPad or something. Completely dystopian ordering experience and an obvious sign of decline. The one person standing behind the counter was there to tell me they wouldn’t take my order. That’s all. I won’t come back because I refuse to accept a lower quality of life in exchange for a cool screen. Get it together.

Total incompetence. Front counter guy was great. But maybe if people weren't on their phone while fulfilling orders they might make it correct. Total disappointment ?Ordered a beefy grilled cheese burrito combo w/meat and a separate Gordita crunch supreme with potato substitute just to get home and find they put meat on my gordita and made the plain taco a potato supreme. I'm a freaking vegetarian so now I can't even enjoy what I paid for. SMH (the combo was for someone else) so I lost out completely. Get off your phones while working and pay attention to what you are doing!!!!
