I love their food options and the flavor but I hate that we have to order from a kiosk! Not everyone is good at all the options that you need to press for each item Senior citizens are not always tech savvy and it's a big turn off. I got frustrated trying to just get what I normally get so I just walked out! Won't be going back there unless I go with my tech savvy grandkids

Stopped by to get a quick burrito was on lunch from a class I was taking. The place was completely empty with a kind of a dead vibe. The staff asked me if I knew what I wanted then told me to use the kiosk which was really weird. The burrito I got was one of the new cantina chicken burritos and it was mediocre at best. Do not recommend this location

Was a drive thru.... Very rude,they give me 3 drinks and I had to put them carefully and suddenly she's like, hey you need to move I have people waiting... And I'm taking about something like few seconds... Terrible experience

Just orderd a #7 no tomatoes 1 Mexican pizza extra meat and the new chicken quesadilla with extra meat and what got home and had no extra meat anywhere and barely any chicken in the quesadilla... And I paid $2.50 extra for what because I sure didn't get it and spent $33.00 I'm so pissed

On my way home for work I made an impulsive decision to get some Taco Bell. I’m happy I did cause I met the most wonderful person. Michelle is amazing. How can someone be so upbeat and positive at 4am?! Not only is she super personable but after chatting with her I find out she is working nights while she puts herself through school. Amazing human being and I’m so lucky for my impulse craving as I got to meet Michelle ?
Good location to swing into and grab a bite. Food was pretty good. I haven't been to a TB in a long while. But the inside looked clean and the voices were friendly over the intercom so it was a nice comeback experience.

Close till 1:50 am is wild when fully staffed and three people are two behind counter and the 1 moping and than passing the headset to the person moping ! Is wild as well!! Please this community love Taco Bell don’t shut this location down because of the laziness . Turn the open sign Off!!! I get it even if the system rebooting cause you never ! Just turn the sign off !

Worker got all in my face. I used the bathroom and the dyke worker opened the door to the bathroom 2X not once but 2X. Then had the nerve to hit me in the face and call me a tweeker! And the manager giggled it up! Horrible here they might spit in your food. Never go
