Dislike that you can't ask Associates any questions, really, no cashier, only a kiosk for ordering. It was like walking into a vending machine with people giving you food instead of a turning spring.

Was basically told by the shift manager that if i didnt like using the kiosk i could go somewhere else. TACO BELL NEED TO BRING BACK THE PERSON TO PERSON ORDERING OPTION!!!!

Call me Old fashioned but when I go into any restaurant the person behind the counter takes your order I guess not anymore at Taco Bell I was directed to a kiosk even though I was the only person inside last time ever eating at a taco Bell I don't want a job I want to

They refuse to take orders at the counter, and never have enough people to take cash at the counter or to unlock the bathrooms in anything approaching a timely manner.
Super clean all the time. The managers are so nice and so are the rest of the employees. I’ve never been to a better Taco Bell, and the service I always receive at this one surpasses many other restaurants I have visited. The place it's not that bad, the person behind the counter had the worst attitude for the costumers. Somebody ask a question and she don't answer and leave to the back of the kitchen. Why don't attend people like before, its much easier instead of just have 3 or 4 people inside doing nothing.

I ordered from here three times. The food was delivered to the wrong address and now they're refusing to deliver or remake the food in my Dasher has to fight with them to get it. This is sad and the management needs to be reassessed.

I really get the feeling Taco Bell doesn't pay its employees well enough to care. Didn't have a good experience at this location tonight. I made a mobile order and it took too long IMO, especially considering they weren't busy. While I was waiting in the store, there wasn't any acknowledgment from the employees,
