Had a good experience later in the evening when I was hungry and coming from the bus. I never used the kiosk before to order from a taco bell and the team member came over and helped me with it. He suggested what most people get and walked me threw the process. It was extremely good customer service and will be back again!

Absolute trash management. Taco bell is failing. Used to work there but got fired for taking my federally mandated break. Half of the good reviews were because of my basic respect for customers that's sorely lacking from the managers, so if you liked the nice long haired guy they fired him.They also routinely would not promote the best workers there just because they were black( I'm white) Racists shooting themselves in the foot.

The Taco Bell off of Tropicana and Jones has some of the best service. I've never had a problem with them once. Food is always delicious too.Parking: Plenty of parking spots to pick from and there are parking spots for people who might use a wheelchair
Taco Bell is just not what it used to be.Not only is it more expensive but the food quality has gone down so much.I asked for soft tacos.Got hard tacos and when I was available to eat them.They were stuck to the paper and fell apart. The food is just disgusting and tasteless. And the meat is starting to taste less like meat each time.

The guy at the drive-thru was the best!!! Wishing I had gotten a receipt for his name. He was precious with my little dog and granddaughters. Girls loved their bean and cheese burritos too. ?

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU nightshift crew! In particular Haley, Debbi, and Terresa went above and beyond!As I pulled in this evening a violent homeless man tried claiming I tried hitting him.I would never even think to hit someone with my car, but I did suggest he pay better attention as he was only focused on his phone as he walked through this entrance intersection and apparently I now tried hitting him because I suggested that.He then proceeded to follow me up to the restaurant, I assume to yell at me and gods knows what because he is now screaming at my car. I pull around the building, he's following me. I usually get out and go in to order my foods. I like the interaction better, but because of this man I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car. As he's following me after going around the building, he got really close to me and my front driver window and lunged at me. I felt threatened and scared.I decided to go through the drive-thru since this man was now blocking the only in/out entrance out of this place. I placed my order (Everything was made exactly correct. Even with my mods of easy beans plz and it was scrumdiddlyumcius!) and then let them know this man, who was now walking towards me through the drive-thru was following and harassing me throughout the parking lot.One of the workers stuck their head out and pointed with a question mark look, I said yes that was him. No other questions, the crew came out after helping with the one customer in front of me. Two members of staff sat outside until I received my food and ultimately convinced him to leave. Not before taking pictures of me and my car for my alleged crimes.This crew really went above and beyond to make sure your customers Taco Bell were safe!This location can get pretty rough at night... It is Vegas!Each of these people should get and deserve a bonus Taco Bell.Not every hero wears a cape and sometimes it's the little/big stuffs that make a company great!
