Every time I come to this location, something is either missing or not prepared properly. They messed up on an order of mine about a month or two ago and they were supposed to add me to a list so I could receive that item for free on my next visit. Apparently, I was never added to the list so upon my return, I did not receive the item I was supposed to. There was no apology, or any attempt to make it right. Now on this trip to taco Bell, they put my Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and all the toppings were stuck to the box. Pictured below. The cheesy gordita crunches tasted way off, the outer shell was undercooked, and there was no cheese between the soft and hard shells, also pictured below.I have a family of six that I feed every time I come here. So I spend a lot when I do come, but apparently they don’t care about doing good business, and making things right they mess up. They got the last $80 out of me today. It is way overpriced now, and the staff has no clue about what customer service really is.

Not sure why this Taco Bell doesn't have a glowing rating. At the risk of drawing attention to this location, I'll try and balance out! We've only done the drive-thru, ordered the greatest hits and have yet to be disappointed. The tacos are always perfect and never have we had an order that wasn't 100% correct. Staff has always been courteous, professional and expedient. For me, this Taco Bell is fire and deserves 5 stars. Surely a go-to for the wife and I. Place seems orderly and clean inside- probably important for a chain, I'm guessing. Anyway, thank me later and don't clog up my drive thru line ;-)

I have no idea why everyone coming to this location is so mad. This is the best Taco Bell I've been to in years! Plus...who isn't happy after indulging in some guilty pleasure tacos and bean burritos? The service at the drive through is fast, and friendly, and my order has been correct every time. They absolutely stuff the tacos and it's so satisfying! (Haven't any of you been to some crappy TB that skimps on the ingredients?) For real though, stop picking on my favorite Taco Bell. Ya'll are doing great.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell for years. I’m giving this location 5 stars because of the great service from the friendly staff, even though they were slammed. Food was ok.

I arrived here to eat after placing my order on the app. When I stepped in to pickup my order, I was standing at the counter for awhile. One lady, not sure of her position, all I know is that she was wearing a maroon colored shirt, seen me there and didn't acknowledge me there. She walked away, I guess for some temperature checks, since she had a thermometer in her hand. But when she walked back, she seen me and didn't acknowledge me again or bother to ask if I needed help. The other to ladies seen me and didn't say anything to anyone. The drive thru guy was busy on drive thru, but same as the other lady he didn't acknowledge me. I eventually got tired of waiting and asked if anybody was going to help me out. Finally the guy turned and asked if I needed help. If that First Lady is in supervision, then she has failed as a leader and needs to be retrained. This has been the one Taco Bell out of the ones I've been to so far that chooses to ignore front lobby and not acknowledge anyone. Not even a simple "We'll be right with you"

Taco Bell is one of those classic American fast food places that, in my opinion, is an acquired taste. Honestly, I love Taco Bell, and this location in particular is really nice and clean, the workers are nice, and the food is always relatively good quality (for Taco Bell standards). You always know what to expect here. My favorites are the cheese quesadilla, chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and Mexican pizza.Parking: There is parking in front of the Taco Bell and on the sides since it’s located in a plaza. There’s also the parking for the KFC right across from it.Kid-friendliness: While it’s certainly not a McDonald’s play place, the interior of the restaurant is kid friendly, and so is the food. My parents used to give me Taco Bell cheese quesadillas as a toddler as a treat.
