Every 2 weeks they act like the 'classic combo's doesn't exist anymore. Then suddenly it does. Then It doesn't. Are you just hiring people that don't know the register? Or is the company actually. Adding and removing this combo from the menu every month?

This is located on fast food row on Fort Apache near Tropicana Rd.Firstly I and a DoorDash driver were frustrated as we had to wait over 11 minutes for our order!Secondly, I ordered/paid for extra ingredients for my tacos and Quesadillas…did not Happen!!!!!!!!Avoid this location as they have really bad service and Do Not Follow Instructions which you pay extra for……AWFUL ?

Had a delightful lunch with my mother today. She truly savors the delectable crispy beef tacos. To streamline the process, I efficiently placed our order using the automated menu machine. I must commend the staff for promptly preparing our order to perfection. The limited interaction we had with them was conducted in a polite and cordial manner. It is worth noting that the establishment possesses a corporate ambiance, albeit one that could benefit from a touch of tender loving care. Additionally, it would greatly enhance the overall experience if the windows were tended to, both inside and out.

Hours state that they're open until 3. I showed up before closing, ready to order, only to be turned away rudely. Either change the actual "closing hours", or post last call hour. This is not great customer service. This isn't the first time I had a problem with this location.Update: 12/2/23 12:00pmI ordered food for the family. My daughter took a bite of her taco and started chewing and noticed a hair sticking out of her mouth. She spit it out and found another hair still in the taco. Clearly someone isn't following protocol.After my previous review, things were okay. After seeing so many new faces, someone was bound to do something like this. This is both irresponsible and disgusting. I hope ownership sees this and fixes the problem.

This is the worst customer service I have seen anywhere so far. Went to the counter to order. 3 people working looked at me and said nothing. The drive thru clerk finally acknowledged me and when I went to order told me he can't take orders at the counter. Never will I ever eat this food again. I work hard. I don't want to spend what little money I have and be treated this way. Good riddance taco bell this store gives you a bad name!! (Fort apache at tropicana at noon today)
