Literally forgot half of my order. Ordered 3 mexican pizzas, a burrito, and nachos. I only got the mexican pizzas. Out of an order of 30.29, 12 dollars worth of food I did not receive. How do you miss half an order? Shame on me for not checking the bag I guess, but still , HALF of the order????

Went in there to pick up a mobile order, I was standing there for like 5 mins until someone asked me if I was picking, I said yes and they told me it was almost ready, waiting another 10 mins just to get it, terrible

The appearance of inside the store is absolutely disgusting. Garbage left everywhere, food all the tables. The soda dispenser was absolutely nasty. Leftover soda that had been sitting there for days and hasn't been drained. Trash everywhere. The employees were in the back. Goofing off and messing around.. a lady came in who didn't know how to use the kiosk to order her food. She went up to the counter, somebody came to take your order, but then a person in the back yelled .. make her use the kiosk.Apparently without the workers actually taking the order they should have enough time to clean the inside of the restaurant .

12/8/23 at 11:30am placed a drive thru order. 1beef and cheese burrito and 1 mexican pizza. Total $8.77 Gave $10.77 was handed my order and then the young lady said “oh, I didn’t give you back your $1.00” then she gave me $1.00 I really didn’t realize she owed me $2.00 until I left. Since the.cash registers tell them how much change is due this shouldn’t happen. In the past there have been a few restaurants that have been short changing customers and keeping er the money for themselves. Not Taco Bell. This shouldn’t happen. There was only one other car in the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance would allow you easy access.
The sign outside says that the restaurant is open for dine-in at 7:00 AM. The person inside informed me that they open at 8:00 AM. They need to change the sign.When the door was opened for me, the woman told me, "how can I help you?" She said such as if I were expected to order right there, but not allowed inside. I told her that I wanted four soft chicken tacos. She said that she couldn't do orders at the door like this. Well, then maybe not say how can I help you? How else could you help me other than serve food? Ridiculous. Learn to communicate properly.

I'm not speaking on all locations. But the Taco Bell that's located on Craig and Lamb. In Las Vegas , is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.At one point , I've went there once for 3 weeks straight. And they never fail to disappoint me. They're always messing up my order. And that's ludicrous , knowing that they have clear instructions on what to make and how to make it.I don't recommend anyone to ever eat here. Unless you enjoy poor quality food.And that's crazy , because there customer service is actually really good. But the food quality couldn't help them finish the race.
