Hostile ghetto environment & Vindictive motives. I have never in my life had such terrible customer service and food. Just drive down the road a little bit more to go to the Taco Bell on Civic center and Lake Mead. Way better food and employees. They should fire that rude Mexican lady.

I purchased two #11s March 26th at night, they came no sauce, dry taco and meat, cheese not fried and the first worker at the drive thru window checked my whole body out as if she's judging me and everyone working was very hostile and had to make an appearance at the window to dog me out, even after I was kind and showed my receipt, pictures when she finally decided to acknowledge me & I also called previously (btw very rude on phone no name given and hangs up after "okay") she denied to remake or refund after 5 attempts she finally did after she tried pulling the I was the one working, I made those tacos card in the most hostile tone of voice the ENTIRE time speaking with her when she wasn't ignoring me and I told her yes but they were ruined and then they finally did remake, everyone came to the window again to dog us out as we drove away. I was shaking with anxiety the entire time because of this hostile environment. 0/10 will never be returning to this location. They need to fire that Mexican lady.

Terrible terrible terrible… “online only” items with a glitched system online that says “oops this is embarrassing something happened on our end” STOP WITH THE ONLINE ONLY STUFF IT MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO ORDER LIKE THIS SITUATION FOR PRIME PEOPLE EXAMPLE. Oh and the workers just stopped talking after I asked what happens now because they just love what they do for a living I’m sure. Horrendous

Food was good. The only issue I had, and want to warn others about is the drive thru. The cashier had taken my car to ring me out, but didn’t return my card. I didn’t notice until I got back home. I didn’t think much, so I just went back the next day to confirm if they had my car. Behold, they had my card. Something told me to check my bank to see if they charged me correctly, as they only gave me the receipt the night before. I noticed they had charged for my meal, as well as another. I’m not sure if they charged me the next persons as well, or if the cashier decided to pay for their own meal with my card. I requested to speak to the manager, they said they weren’t in. They weren’t willing to refund the extra charge without the manager. I left my phone number and wrote a description of what happened for the manager to call me back the next day. I never received a call, or any sort of resolution. I had to call my bank and make a chargeback. !!!BE WARY OF HANDING YOU CARD, make sure they ring you out in front of you & give your card back right away!!!
