If you seen my hundreds of birria reviews you know I've had birria everywhere. This place was clean, reasonably priced, and the service was top notch!! This was our first time here. I had the birria (of course) and my husband and son both has carne asada burritos. The birria was amazing!! Flavorful and the meat was tender. The tortillas were clearly homemade and fresh. I would recommend trying this place out if you like authentic Mexican food.

Off the busy thoroughfare of Sahara and Valley View, in the northeast shopping complex of this bustling intersection, sits a one-off structure that very obviously used to be something else. This is where you'll find Oaxaca. They go have done outdoor seating, but we opted for the to-go option. They're a bit pricy for the neighborhood, variety, and portions, but we were all in, so we went with it. They only had 3 options on the menu for breakfast burritos, and sadly carne asada wasn't one of them at the price point, so we went with chorizo. It was a little spicy, but not bad. The potatoes were a little al dente, but not bad, and definitely not enough cheese. I didn't enjoy the house salsas, but my husband liked the green sauce. Our food was 3-star for sure, but the service got them a 4th! As soon as we started taking pictures and framing shots, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a nice, home-like feel.

I just moved into the apartments across the street from here and I’ve been coming here once a week at least because the food is amazing! The staff is super friendly they are family owned and you can feel such a positive energy from them. This food is definitely made with LOVE ?
