Food court taco stand. We ordered steak burritos which were okay, the meat was a bit chewy and tough and lightly seasoned but no flavor punch. Overall it's just "alright", I honestly expected more based on the high ratings.

The service was horrible the guy rushed us like he had other people waiting when we was the only ones waiting.. went through a whole conversation of what we wanted to order just to be ignored and made to wait 45 minutes for nothing. If I had not gone back up to check on my order I wouldn't have known he never took my order. The worst service ever.

Yessss! Finally a place to return to! The food was so good. Delicious and the plate size was perfect, so perfect I was full and still had food left over. I have been living around the corner from this restaurant for years and never thought to stop by which doesn't make any sense because I have driven all around Vegas looking for Mexican food. And they have traditional Mexican dishes that I have never even heard of. I am excited to go back. My toddler loved the street tacos. The owner was friendly. I appreciated his cooking. I had the mulitas plate.

Very good quality and portion size. Enjoyed the soft street tacos carne asada. Care taken in packing take out. Located in a stand alone food court, so the atmosphere is nothing special. Would come back for sure.

Cute food stall, nice guy served us at the counter. The food is OK, the birria is a letdown. Charged 4% for using card payment. Good overall, but will not come back.

Tips From A Bellman

I've heard someone mention this place before , but today was my first time trying it. I stopped at the car wash next door and wanted some Mexican food , so it was perfect timing. It is located in a building that is a food court with several small restaurants and some tables in the middle. I had never been inside till today , but always meant to come in and check it out. They have Thai food , Hamburger place , Hawaiian food , Chinese food , and this place.Tacos El Jefe's also sells chicken wings and fingers, there were 2 todays specials on the counter. You can choose from several meats to use for your meal. I chose shredded chicken for my chimichanga. I got my food to go. Since it was my first time I got all 3 sauces to try. I was really surprise by the green sauce , most places have it , but it is not good. I highly recommend you trying the green sauce. I liked the hot sauce too , but not so much for the mild which I usually don't use at most places anyway. My chicken chimichanga was large and tasted good. I was surprised though when I opened the to go container and there was no beans and rice. Where I normally go they are included. Well , inside my chimichanga was some rice and beans , but not a lot. I would have rather had them on the plate instead of inside it.I will probably come back sometime to try the grill chicken tacos and maybe some chicken wings. I would recommend trying this place. Also the dining area was very clean and the gentleman from the Hawaiian restaurant came out and cleaned all the tables while I was waiting for my food.
