Ordered dinner on Monday night for delivery, got delivered the delivery driver was drunk, dropped our food then we were missing items. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager on duty, was told a manager won’t be there till Thursday.

Teriyaki madness is so much better than the quick and easy burger or subs. I bought a large bowl with spicy chicken with white rice and veggies ????. I showed up when they opened at 10:30 am and very fresh.

The quality has gone so downhill over the years.

Unsafe to make delivery drivers help prepare the order. We don’t have health cards, we can’t make food or pour sodas. Y’all need employees that aren’t too lazy to do it themselves, it’s insane that that’s literally their job but you outsource it illegally. Garbage store

Why did you guys drown the rice and vegetables and teriyaki? It's supposed to be a little drizzle.

TERRIBLE!! Lady at the front seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Good was disgusting. Boyfriend meats was burnt to a crisp. My food was soaked in sauce. Overall sucked. RUINED ONE OF MY FAVORITE SPOTS!

This specific restaurant is in a good area near a lot of shopping. We were not greeted as we came in nor when we ordered. It’s awkwardly quiet, which is somewhat nice since at least there isn’t obnoxiously loud music, but again, very awkward atmosphere. The food looks great, but nothing memorable. That being said, this is a good place to get a quick bite as it’s not super busy in the evening compared to other restaurants in Centennial Hills.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here on one of the food delivery apps (Grubhub or UberEats) and when we got our food, there wasn’t any teriyaki on the food and they only gave us one small container of teriyaki each. We didn’t ask for it on the side, we ordered it the way we always do. We also each ordered a large and they gave us barely any food in the containers. The food even tasted off and the chicken didn’t seem fully cooked. This was our first time ordering from this location and we never will again.

Couldn’t finish our food. My two friends (who ordered orange chicken plate and a teriyaki chicken plate) said it tasted strongly of salmon. We frequent the Summerlin location and know what the usual flavor of these dishes are. I didn’t notice mine tasted funny but then my lips started to itch and swell up a bit since I’m allergic to fish… This is a pretty big deal to be affecting the food taste and quality but obviously a more serious problem when it comes to allergens. Again, I eat teriyaki madness at other locations semi-regularly. I’ve never had this happen except at this centennial location.

Hard to relax and enjoy the food when there's people loudly arguing out of sight in the kitchen. Not a fun experience.
