The Alley is pretty mid. Their brown sugar boba is way too sweet and unfortunately can't be adjusted at all. Even getting taro ube brown sugar boba milk, just drinking the liquid alone was way too sweet. The flavor isn't that good either, and price is ridiculous at $7.50 for a small size. Go to happy lemon for boba on the strip instead.

Taro Ube is my favorite! Love their boba, both regular and brown sugar!

Famous boba store/franchise presents in Las Vegas with only one location in The Shoppes At The Palazzo among ten stores in the United States. The Alley-Palazzo is located across from Sushi Samba and the X Pot. Great location and has a free parking garage. We come on weekdays, so there is no wait to order, but it might take a while if you come during weekends. We ordered two large drinks from the Top 5 on the menu1. Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk, Served with Brown Sugar Flavored Boba and Creme Brulee2. Matcha Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk, Served with Brown Sugar Flavored Boba added Creme BruleePS: for these two drinks, sugar cannot be adjusted, so if you want less sweetness, they will put less brown sugar boba.I also suggest trying Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk if you like Ube, Snow Velvet Peach Oolong Tea if you like fresh tea, and sugar can be adjusted.

Hands down the best bubble tea I've ever had! The deerioca with creme brulee is absolutely delightful, wish we had one in Cincinnati!

Decent boba. Nothing too special. Located in the Palazzo, which has a free parking garage. They do have dairy alternatives.

Even though they have The Alley in Canada. I still couldn’t help stopping by. Delicious and refreshing on a hot day in Vegas.

Pretty good boba place!! I got the strawberry lulu, it was just expensive for not being the best boba i’ve ever had. But it was still good and I would most likely return if I was in the area again(:

Ube brown sugar is on point. Sweetness isn't overwhelming, and the flavor is strong. Not like taro powder.Parking: Lot is free for NV residents for up to 3 hrs. Check Palazzo site for more details

Yeah the drinks and shop is aesthetically appealing but nothing else going for it. Overpriced, mediocre flavor at best, and the staff is not nice and clearly doesn't want to help with your questions. Save your money.

The first time I tried The Alley, I thought it was one of the better franchise boba places. Just tried their No 9, ( not sweet enough) Ube Taro ( too sweet) and Snow Oolong Tea was over steeped, boba was mushy, and drinks waa did not have a good balance with sweetness. This trip was one of the worst boba drink, not sure who was making the drinks that day. I couldn't even finish and threw it in the trash.

We came here twice since it's located at the Palazzo where we stayed. There is always a line!First night here we came late, 20 minutes before closing. Worst time to come. There was a line and the staff seemed to be worn out. Since this was our first time I went with their #1 ranked drink the brown sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée milk I did it with soymilk. I appreciate the option of milks and sugar adjustments. My husband ordered his usual a jasmine green tea with boba. The first time we went I was unhappy with the boba it was really hard. But we came close to closing time so we must have gotten the old boba of the day. The brown sugar crème brûlée milk is very sweet, the texture might throw you off at first. You have to mix it well. The yogurt crème topping on it will be chunky if you don't mix it well. Once it's mixed it the flavor is better but still really sweet. I enjoyed it towards the end after sat for a bit. The jasmine green tea was excellent! Not too sweet it was perfect.Second day I decided to go with a lighter drink, I went with their #3 favorite Royal no.9 milk tea. It was perfect no adjustments needed and I had it with soymilk. Boba was so much better this time! We came earlier in the afternoon.Service is not great, young staff. Constantly in a rush since the line never stops. But the drinks are good. Just make sure you choose the right one for your taste. The Deerioca line will have the crème or yogurt topping which is an acquired taste. It's expensive for boba but it was nice to have a boba shop within our hotel.

Employees weren't very friendly or helpful, and was rude when I asked if our drinks were ready because it looked like it was just sitting there. Service was slow because employees were too busy talking. Drinks were ok. The brown sugar creme brulee deerioca had what looks to be chunks of milk floating in it and there was a gritty slime of sorts that wouldn't mix in. We also had a strawberry snow or something like that and it was mediocre at best, mostly ice.

We found this boba place as we entered the plaza and shops and had to check it out! We tried their ube and milk tea boba drink. They each also came with creamy custard filling which gave it an interesting sweet and creamy taste.Check this place out on your next trip!

One of my go to boba milk/tea place to go to when in Vegas. The quality of tea here is great and the selection is also great. I opted for the Snow Velvet Peach Oolong this time. It was a great drink to have when thirsty.
