We ate here on Monday. I ordered the Alaskan Halibut. It was dry and served in a tomato sauce which was horrible. The fries that came at an added price of $17.95 could easily be had at MacDonalds. Just because the location is Vegas, doesn't justify the high markup. Would not be surprised if this place is not there come next year.

Her pierogi is the worst dish anyone can have. Mashed potatoes wrapped in dough? Tasteless and caloric. Carb + carb. Avoid.

The pierogis are like little pillows of heaven and the lemon meringue is delicious.

The Bedford by Martha StewartIn the United States, if you don’t know the famous Martha Stewart, you can only say that you have never seen the path to the upper class. She represents the standards of behavior of the upper class. Although she was imprisoned for stock trading, her net worth skyrocketed after she was released from prison, and her career spread to every corner. I am not a member of the upper class, but I have always admired her restaurant. When I saw her restaurant in Vegas, I pretended to have dinner there.Let’s start with a cup of Chilean Malbec. It has a rich fruity aroma and is not sour. It is very suitable for traditional American cuisine. I ordered Honey mustard salmon as the main meal. The appetizers seemed to be very good, so I chose the Martha’s smashed baked potato as a side dish. Potatoes are served at the table. The chef mashes and cuts the potatoes, mixes them with French whipped cream, green onions and bacon, and then season them with salt. It seems that I can do this technique too (I accidentally asked a question, why not add pepper, it turns out) It won’t look good and will affect your appetite, so you can add it yourself when you eat it (well, I’ve learned a lesson), it’s very sweet. The salmon was fried beautifully, crispy on the outside and medium-rare on the inside, with a sweet and original flavor. The spinach on the bottom was smooth, as if it had been soaked in hot oil, which was amazing. After having an original dinner, I was full and comfortable.

Great place for before or after dinner cocktails. Did not eat here, so no rating.

The food was fine, the problem with this place was the price. It was astronomical for just average food. We’re not talking standard Vegas overpricing - this place was a whole new level. $40 for 5 pierogis. That’s $8 per bite basically. $17!! for fries that didn’t even come hot. Any other mains were about $100, but we didn’t stay for those. Cocktails were $25 at a minimum. Just unbelievable the nerve this place has charging what they do. Stay away and spend your money where you’ll get something worth it.

Incredible service, magnificent decor and most importantly, delicious home cooked food. Bravo, Martha & Team. Can't wait to return. I'm bringing my boys next time, they will love the bread and filet mignon.

This was my third time enjoying dinner at The Bedford and it never disappoints! The zucchini blossom appetizer along with the brown butter perigees set the tone and it got better from there! Highly recommend?

Beautiful space and the cocktails were excellent. We would consider it casually priced. The Caesar was very good - but not for the price. Same with everything else. Eddie was an excellent server. Very pleasant and attentive. We had a great time despite ordering a medium rare filet and getting a medium strip. Not a good move when charging $99 for a piece of meat.

It was a wonderful dinner experience. The bread basket was not what I expected but very good and recommend it. The steak perfectly cooked and excellent taste, not dry. Crème brûlée could have been a tad sweeter. The lemon margarine pie was the best I ever had. The frozen margarita was good. Not exceptional. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Would absolutely go back. Loved the ambiance.

Worst dining we ever had in Vegas. Food was served really late. We had to wait 50 minutes to get our orders and on top of that, the food tasted really bland. The service was great though. With its expensive cost, they do not even have their own toilet...

This is our second time at The Bedford and it once again didn't disappoint. I paid a $50 feee months in advance for a reservation in the back knowing the front seats by the walkway are a little loud and being the opening week of March Madness it is crazy busy. It was worth the fee to sit in the back and have a more intimate space. The bread basket is seriously insanely good. The food was all absolutely on point, tasty, cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing. Service was phenomenal. I highly recommend!

Perfection is the word I would use to describe dining at Bedford. The service, ambiance, food presentation(smashed potato) to the food itself makes this an experience not to forget. You feel like a personal guest at Martha's farm. I follow you on instagram and every time I see Martha there I wish I was there at the same time. Because you feel like you are there with her. On brand, on point and well done.
