Not worth the money or the experience at all. It appeared to be a new bartender. As he served my drink, he spilt a good portion of it and said nothing. No sorry or let me top that off (a different drink made by a diff bartender was completely full). On top of that, the famous Cosmo tasted like grapefruit juice and sugar. Mega disappointing, for the service wasn't any better. Sad don't come on your bday unless you want to be disappointed. That was my drink without having taken a sip...

We came here on a Friday night, around 8 pm-ish, as we had come in the past and it was so beautiful. There was just three of us and we got seated right away.Upon ordering, the waitress took my credit card for payment. And when we were done, we realized it was never given back. When approaching the bar to ask for my card, the waitress was rude and insisted we were mistaken and they never take credit cards from patrons. Now, she was not our original waitress and we were understanding of that fact but when we asked that she check around the bar or call our original server, she made such a big deal about it and continuously accused us of being wrong. We checked our area twice to make sure the card was not there.After we demanded to speak to a manager, she suddenly found the card and then continued to yell at us. We asked to be comped a drink and while they said it would be, it was not. Finally, she chased us out of the bar, yelling at us, telling the host staff to not let us back in.Unfortunate because it is such a beautiful spot, but I will not be going back again.

This is a nice place to stop by while strolling the shopping area. The service was excellent and menu had some nice cocktail options. This bar sits on the second floor of the mall so there is a nice view if you are sitting by the rear of the establishment.
Heard about the Verbena, not on the menu. Wow this was the most amazing drink I have ever tasted. The flower makes this drink so interesting on how it opens the pallet! Service was amazing very friendly definitely will come back! Just loved the seating area and the decor was beautiful.

This very uniquely decorated cocktail bar at the Cosmopolitan has a vibe both futuristic and elegantly classic at once. There's a trick to finding it via the elevator so it has a kind of speakeasy twist as well. The bartenders can whip up all manner of craft cocktails on or off the menu. Very cool!Olympic Otter

When we came here 2 years ago - we loved it. The service was amazing and we had this drink called "Original Sin' that was SO GOOD, so much in fact that we were still telling people about it up until last night. We were sat right away (same as last time, so that was nice) - but from there the service lacked. Right away we noticed that the cocktail menu was completely different - we were so bummed. When the waitress came by, I asked if they were able to still make the drink even thought it was no longer on the menu. Her response felt pretty condescending as she explained that menu was completely thrown away, and they couldn't make anything on it. We understood and ordered off the menu. I got the #feltcute and my husband got the Carnival. Both tasted like they were made with cheep, bottom shelf liquor. His more than mine... I could barely take a sip of his. We finished the drink (because they were $21 each) and left. (Note: Each level has different cocktails)
