Poor showing by Cheesecake Factory! Not too crowded for a Sunday, took one hour for a flatbread pizza Night Mgr would not comp, didn’t go there looking for a comp. Food came out only when we threatened to leave, it was rushed and not fully cooked, should’ve just left. Then no mil discount even though the previous week it was given. Clear policy on military discount would be nice. Server was doing his best!Probably won’t be back at this location ever!Completely terrible all in all!

Food was pretty good but the problem was getting it. My table had a wrong order and the waitress didn't replace it but instead offered to put cashews on an incorrect dish to make it "cashew chicken" which I found odd. Then the other issue was I asked for a new cheesecake because I have digestive issues to certain artificial sweeteners found in their "no added sugar" cheesecake which is not listed on the menu. The manager came over to inform me several times it will be higher sugar without it. If I'm asking for it then I'm okay with that. I'm not diabetic. Waited 20 mins for a replacement that never arrived and left dissatisfied.Overall I wouldn't suggest this location. They don't seem to care to prioritize customers with dietary restrictions and the manager can't multitask. I will say though, the filet mignon was pretty well cooked. Hopefully try improving on service but as an out of state visitor will likely never return.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was here for my husbands birthday and immediately the waitress looked me up and down with a look of disdain. That's fine, if you're that unhappy with your life I know it's not my fault. I let it go and was seated at that exact waitresses section... Joy. Next to us was a couple that looked affluent, I say that mainly because they were dressed in nice clothing, looked boring as hell, and were each glued to their own personal cell phones. Anyways Disdained waitress paid twice as much attention to the affluent couple than us, my guess is in hopes of a bigger tip, but I'll never truly know. I ordered an Arnold Palmer with tropical tea. It was terrible, super sweet and gross. I ordered a 4 cheese pasta with chicken lunch size and my husband ordered a filet mignon, mashed potatoes and green beans. All of it was terrible. Granted, we shouldn't have ordered a filet mignon at cheesecake factory and expect much. The mashed potatoes were bland and the green beans were the only good thing. My pasta was absolutely disgusting. The pasta wasn't cooked enough, the sauce was had too much basil not enough cheese to even taste and the chicken was hard and tasted gross. We bought a couple cheesecakes that were good, but that's because they aren't made onsite. The cherry on top of the night was either when the affluent wife started singing off key to an annoying song playing on the loud speaker or the surprised look in the Disdained waitresses face when I was the one who paid for the bill without even looking at the bill. I sometimes wish I were a smaller person and would have stiffed her on a tip, but I did not do that I left 15%. So do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs, go someplace nicer with better food.

The Ahi Poke Bowl was amazing. My boyfriend's Herb-Crusted Salmon was unappetizing though. And my Korean BBQ Chicken was mediocre at best. But the sauce was amazing. The service was excellent. But overall, I might go again but I would only get the Ahi Poke Bowl. Seriously, everything else is questionable.Dietary restrictions: No dairy-free dessert options.

The Cheesecake Factory in Rampart and had a delightful experience. Our server, Narsh, was incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. The service was prompt and efficient, making our meal enjoyable from start to finish. The food was notably fresh and consistently delicious, with the Caesar salad standing out as a particular highlight. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this location for a satisfying meal with excellent service.
