We ordered food for a whole crew and had about 18 orders at around 6 in the morning which is never easy on any restaurant However they seemed more than happy to help us out and get all do our orders in. they were all extremely kind and helpful when ordering all of this food. They even brought us coffees while we waited and got our food all packed away for us so it was easy to carry and read. We will never forget the kind and fast service we got from the Egg Shop. Truly good people!
The yogurt parfait is awesome. We came back the following morning to get another one. Loaded with fresh fruit: strawberries blueberries and banana and topped with sweet granola. The California burrito served from the food truck delicious and fresh tasting with lettuce in the wrap. We got the steak wrap.

This hole in the wall restaurant/food truck combo is a nice reprieve from eating in overpriced casino restaurants every day. You order from a walk up window and all seating is outside, but the food came out quickly and was clearly prepped fresh. In addition to the breakfast menu that has pancakes, sandwiches and other staples you can also order things like burgers and smoothies.
