Dr. Zakutanksky is AMAZING!But I never knew this location existed.Every time I have googled the joint in Henderson this location never pops up! The only reason I found out was b/c the Green Valley location was closed due to no doctor and had this location posted on the door.This location needs to be included!

Up until the actual pre-service discussion with the doctor, things were going smoothly. When with the doctor, she initially assumed my intentions of a single visit from over 5 years ago as what I was planning on doing today. With her main goal of, “not wanting to waste either of our time” and then attempting to explain that the, “ 3 phases of healing” takes multiple routine visits. I didn’t feel heard whatsoever.I respect and understand her point of view as the professional and her desire to debunk the whole of society’s ideology of “snap-crackle-pop-you’re-healed” chiropractic mentality, however, the approach was poorly thought through.Want to throw out a possible sales concept to consider Dr. Julie that is often not remembered in the sales process, is to ask more questions first then talk after. I would have loved to inform you of my extreme pain I experienced back in 2019 from random neck flare up and had to address it immediately though in a dire financial strain at the time and could not afford any other sessions. I would have told you after todays adjustment that I would like to come back for a few more sessions as I recently started a new lifting program at the gym and want to be sure I heal properly from the current pain. Maybe it was an off day for you, or perhaps your see many patients like myself that just want the “miracle chiropractic relief” then be done, but I wasn’t one of them.Based off of the many raving reviews about your services, I would have loved to started off on a better foot today to experience your care, but unfortunately things didn’t pan out that way.The Joint at Pebble Markeplace, with the fabulous Dr. Henderson and team, helped me out.J’vonte was wonderful at the front desk and helped me go through the paperwork seamlessly. I’m sure the Eastern location will miss you greatly and best of luck on your teaching endeavors!

I followed Dr, Julie when she moved to this location. My biggest reason is because she listens to my concerns and adjusts me as needed. When I was first diagnosed with an injury I developed from the Covid shot - she was always offering me positive kudos when I needed them - especially when I felt overwhelmed with the issues that I encountered as my DRs were figuring out to help me. Her bedside manner is excellent and the front desk team here is fantastic. I have run a customer service department for a long time and I always go into businesses that valve my business and offer wonderful customer service and this location fits the bill.

Dr Julie has helped me virtually walk again. After just one visit my pain was 50 percent better. I’m sure with a few more sessions I will be good as new. Highly recommend.

Apparently they won’t take new patients an hour before closing???? Super rude front desk staff. Their website advertises over and over again that they accept walk ins, except for when you walk in AN ENTIRE HOUR before closing and they refuse to take you because the staff doesn’t want to do their job. This clinic does not care about their clients and they would rather see you in pain than help you. Disgusting practice. Highly recommend NuSpine instead, they have better new client specials and they actually help you.
