They are LYING!!! How could the food taste this good and not be real meat? ?Chicken Parm was huge, great texture flavor and over a bed of pasta if the chicken wasn't enough already.The Guapo Burger was incredible... A lot going on with flavors, but it worked well.The crab cakes are a perfect starter... Super tasty. Didn't taste like crab at all.... Which is a good thing.

Very strange experience. The waiter let us know that the staff in the kitchen is new so it might take a little longer which we told him we didnt mind at all. All of the food besides the burger was inedible. The califlower wings were raw and hard on the inside and the BBQ sandwich was cold, I told the waitress and she apologized and said went to the back to fix it but all she did was put it in the microwave without taking the coleslaw and greens out… I told a second waiter to kindly take the sandwich off the menu but he said they don’t do that but can give me a 20% discount on the sandwich. So I asked him if he could just remade the Sandwich and he said yes but sure enough the sandwich was even colder than the first time… you could tell that it was not fresh. For the price you would think you’d have people who could cook and be reasonable staff.

This was one of my best restaurant experiences! Carlos was my server was absolutely fabulous!! Very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. The food was unbelievable delicious I am not vegas I just enjoy food so this is a definite return for me.

I went to the modern vegan for the very first time for my birthday weekend with a few of my people and I was pretty excited to try it seeing the amazing reviews I saw online. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The server Carlos was very inattentive, didn’t ask how the food was until we had to flag him down several times to refill our drinks, get us to go boxes but then didn’t bring the bags, take our order, take our payment and the restaurant wasn’t even busy for a Saturday. Whenever we needed assistance, he was nowhere to be found. There was two other women who assisted us when Carlos acted like we weren’t priority although he was our server so I’m grateful for them. And one of the ladies even had to clear the dirty dishes off our table after asking Carlos to do it but he never did. And the way he treated other people that was his same race was a vast difference then how we were treated. And the food wasn’t even hot like it should’ve been. I’m writing this so the behavior can be corrected because that’s not right.

I wanted to love this place, but the Pad Thai was a little disappointing. It was basically rice noodles with heavy peanut butter sauce. It needed more acid and more veggies.And the atmosphere was quite loud and exhoey.
